this was a horrible experience to say the least. i work at the sonic on 1709 and Davis (for almost 2 years now) and ive never seen anything this nasty. the first pic is how our bacon double came out to us. i took a pic and sent it to my manager at my sonic and he said “i wouldn’t eat that. that bacon looks like it’s days old.” they didn’t read back our order to us, didn’t bring all the sauces we asked for, the other 2 pics is the shake we got and it had a huge whole on the bottom and leaked all in the car and dripped down the door. i also didn’t get nerds in my slush :/ i highly recommend the sonic a couple minutes down the road. the drive will be worth it!

Ordered online using the website. Food came out fast after we arrived and checked in. Order was missing the free cheeseburger with purchase redeemed online (likely user error). Was told it couldn’t be honored without placing another order because the store and online promotions are not affiliated. Okay, annoying but understandable. Then discovered two of the other burgers ordered were not correct and did not match the order receipt taped to the bag. Asked for the order to be corrected and for the free cheeseburger to be added since the order was wrong - not unreasonable. Received a lot of push back about my request to add the cheeseburger from the shift manager - a lot. Asked to return the entire order for a refund so I could just go somewhere else. Was told they could not, I would have to request it through customer service online. Not wanting to deal with a delayed refund I waited for the corrected order. Once the order was corrected and brought to the car, the shift manager said the general manager had okayed the free burger so they could make it now. This is after being there 20 minutes and just receiving the corrected order. I waited for the burger and left. Will not return. However, I will say that the shift manager Araceli remained calm and professional even when the interaction was tense and I was rude. She apologized for the trouble and long wait. It seemed like she had little flexibility to make customer service related decisions (like throwing in a free burger to a screwed up order) since she had to contact the GM about it. Ultimately received the food as ordered and the free burger. It really should not have been the ordeal that it was and it shouldn’t have taken 25 minutes to have the entire correct order.

Ordered item on app, showed up to pick it up… checked in sat for almost 20 min and then order showed like it was brought out, pushed button and was greeted with due to staffing we are only doing drive thru I understand being short staffed but then turn off the app which I know they can to not allow you to order online, asked about my order and she said I could just cancel it but since it showed like it was delivered I can’t and now am just out the money? Asked to speak with manager and she said one wasn’t available nor did the supervisor want to talk to me so i guess I’ll just reach out to someone who may be able to explain to me. This location seems to be a continued struggle

Generally quick and easy with the app. Order ahead and pick up by entering the stall number you’re parked at.
Tonight the app stated that location was temporarily unavailable after we put together the whole order. Decided to go ahead and push the button to order instead. Sat there for 5-10 mins (no contact) before switching to the drive thru. We were there a good 30 mins trying to order. Not sure if understaffed or just busy, but ended up working out and our order was correct.

The place is unsanitary. Cups that were fallen on the floor were picked up and restocked. Was told at the drive thru they usually wash them. Floor was wet with soapy water. What I saw killed the appetite and declined to eat. Awful sanitary. Avoid this place.

Terrible experience, ordered on the app, 15 minutes after checking in, the display showed my order to be on the way but it wasn’t, so I pushed the red button for help but no one responded, at that time I called the store and I was told that they would get my order out shorty but 5 minutes later they only brought my drink but not the food, after waiting another 5 minutes I decided to leave. I was at the stall for about 40 minutes.

Almost everything was pretty good…. The popcorn chicken was lacking the chicken in a big way though. Mostly just crunchy fried breading. Pretty sad about it.

Not a fan of this location. Always messes up the order.... Very disappointing. But I love me some Sonic. I typically drive the distance to another location for this very reason. Tried to give them another shot today... Wasn't any better
