Dairy Queen

Sadly, I didn't have thr best experience inside. It wasn't the worse by far, but to could tell the ladies were ready for their shifts to be over. I've been coming here for about 2 weeks almost everyday, and thr one time I come in, not the greatest experience. It's ok though, I will come back again because we use thr #app there's a texas one, no one told me. Anyway, I love the m&m and chopped nuts. I've noticed if I don't say extra, I will barely have any m&ms or nuts at the bottom. Extra makes it better. This place is really clean and the fries are the best when they are fresh. Follow them on all social media, @dairyqueentx. So happy I tweeted about that one day. If the headquarters hadn't saw my message and responded with the texas info, I wouldn't be getting my rewards today.

The service at this DQ is consistently awesome. Definitely above average. They never mess up orders either, even late at night close to closing. I always go here and get the tacos. I think they have a great flavor for fast food tacos, and you can't beat the price. All the others things are standard: burgers, fries, great ice cream and blizzards. What can i say? Its dairy queen!! Cant beat it.

Dairy Queen is one of my favorite fast food restaurants because I really like their beef tacos, their cheese burgers, their chocolate sundaes & heath bar blizzards. One of their locations is conveniently located near our home. They have very good lunch specials. So we do enjoy going there on the weekends.

Update - service and quality continues to get worse. They need to hire some adults to supervise the kids that work there. Very slow. Very messy. Will not go back to this location. Something has happened to dairy queen over the last few years. Service tends to be slow, mistakes happen often, and the employees don't seem interested in pleasing the customer. I've encountered this at more than just this location. At my visit tonight, there were holes in the side of the blizzard cup and it leaked all over.

The wait was long!! The food wasn't hot. They prepare the food and the place it on top of a hot tray with heat lamps. You don't get your order until the cashier has time to get it to you. And that is after waiting on the customer's that walk into the lobby. They definitely need a manager there giving instructions to those school age kids!! It appears the kids are running things. There is no consistency!!

Now this is a story all about how My life got flipped turned upside down And I’d like to take a minute, just sit right there I’ll tell how this place is not worth your time or money. I’ve been visiting this location for over three years. I’ve lived a few minutes from here, and with the traffic, it’s the closest option. Let’s start with the good: they are brand relevant. Moving on, I’ve never had a group of people so excited to ruin every meal I’ve ever ordered. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me a lot after that, well, I’m an idiot. I have never received a correct order, I have never received napkins or a straw in drive through orders without returning/asking, and I have to get the manager involved to get my change back (count the drawer, reconcile drawer reports, etc.). Every. Single. Time. Do yourself a favor and starve to death before choosing this location as a viable option for sustenance. The fries are always great.
