I had the Baby Burger Chapp’s combo. Not world class but not bad. Nice, clean location.

This place used to be the best. Now, not so much. The food is fair, the prices are not. Are the teenagers working behind the counter are rude and preoccupied with other things. Also, just a tip, if you order the cheese fries, bring some cheese from home. Veggie burger is mediocre. I’m sure they’ve heard of beyond patties or impossible burger???
They were busy though, so I will go back and give it a second or third chance. Hopefully I just had bad luck.

Went late right before closing got the Knockout burger and fries. Burger was half price with side purchase grand opening special. The patty itself was large and seasoned and was all of a half pound. Typically burgers just get salted this patty had a definite seasoning mix which I enjoyed. The bin was light and did fine conveying the ingredients to my mouth without falling apart or being to bready. Overall very good burger. The fries seemed good a didn't really get to try but a couple as my wife gobbled them up pretty quick. The burger made it home better than the fries but both did well. 4 stars because the burger came as on the menu. Typically burgers here seem to be a la carte make as you want since I had a pre-designed one I didn't even think but it had no condiments no ketchup, mayo, mustard? I fault me and the menu design on that one. Overall tasty and filling so go again. Also price is normal for this type of establishment not good or bad although I always think double digits for a hamburger is rough.

We’ve been coming for years and today we visited the new location. Has always been 5 stars but not sure why they are pre toasting their burger buns!!!! Our burgers were great except for the part of the bun that gets toasted on the grill. That part was hard….as if had been sitting on the grill way too long!?! This has never happened before so not sure why and hope this isn’t the way things will be in the future.

First time at their new place across the way. Much nicer, bright and clean and tables are comfortable and not close together. Went their knockout burger and it matched its namesake. Well done burger and fries. Prices are still reasonable and i think even on the low side for what u get.

We feel that Chapps has the perfect recipe for burgers. Excellent seasoning, on the salty side, with plenty of fresh ingredients as toppings (which you can choose from). I tend to break from the norm, and ask for raw onions over grilled, but otherwise I stick to the usual cheese, lettuce, pickles, and mustard. The fresh baked buns are also quite good. A single cheeseburger is more than enough, and I don't even think they offer a double (believe me, that would be way too much). They have a smaller burger called a Baby Chapps, and naturally Mrs. RJG goes for that, plus the Baby Chapps comes with fries as part of the price (otherwise it's extra). I usually eschew fries in general, and eat a handful from the spouse's plate - and they are hand cut, fried to perfection, and very tasty. They also have very good hot dogs and chicken sandwiches that we've tried in the past. They keep the menu simple, always a plus as far as we're concerned. <br/><br/>We've been coming here now for almost 13 years, and it has yet to let us down. Easy recommendation.

Repeat When Necessary. You may have noticed that I indulge in Chapps burgers frequently. I try to have one about every three months or so. It is one of few burger chains that I really like. I have never tried anything else other than their burgers they are that good. The burgers are made fresh when you order them, so don't expect them to come right out of the kitchen. It usually takes about ten minutes. It can get a little busy at lunchtime too. By the time I was ready to leave, nearly every table was taken. The burgers are so good. They are cooked medium well unless you specify otherwise. I had onion rings because they have always been served hot, juicy, and crisp at every location that I've been. This Chapps in Keller was no different. <br/><br/>This Chapps had a much simpler decorating scheme than the others that I have been to. There was a lot less decorative items on the walls, mostly limited to a few photos of Nolan Ryan, since Chapps uses his natural beef. Walls are bright though with tangerine, mauve and turquoise making up the three major colors. They have a television but it was not on today, which wasn't a problem for me.<br/><br/>This cafe has a lot of parking too which is a plus. I highly recommend Chapps. I think they are starting to recognize me as a repeat customer. Oh, I wanted to also mention to one of the reviewers that they do offer wheat buns now!

Love the fresh cut fries. I had a turkey burger and DH had a cheeseburger and we enjoyed both. A little on the pricey side though as we shared an order of fries and both drank water and it was still $15. Did like having a wheat bun option though.

Keller Favorite. Just made another stop at Chapps before high school football last night and was reminded what a good burger they have. A thick, juicy, Nolan Ryan beef burger with plenty of good topping choices and well-fried, but tender fresh cut fries. I'll admit though, my favorite is their Big Dog with Chili and Cheese! A lightly toasted bun, what must be an all-beef hot dog and then great tasting chili with melted cheese, grilled onions and mustard to put it over the top! It's a knife and form meal, as they hold the big dog together with toothpicks. Go for the burgers - go back for the Big Dog!

So good!! We are doing a best fast/casual burger hunt. This was our first stop and doubt that any other place can top the fries. Sweet and salty seasoning on them. I will crave these little taters!

A burger with a side of horrid social skills. Chapps may serve up a good burger, but the oriental lady who runs the joint in Keller has the social skills of a rock. Maybe I'm being slightly unjust, but when I just paid a hefty price for a mediocore meal I expect to be treated with some level of human respect. So, I have warned you. Brace yourself for the epitome of bad customer service.

Fresh and hot!. I had a good burger, and the kids enjoyed chicken strips. Hubby ate the Chicken Fried Steak Sandwich. All of us shared the 'sides basket', which was amazing! Onion and Jalepeno strips, corn nuggets and fried okra...that was a winner!<br/><br/>Overall, the food was good, but I do think it's overpriced. Especially since the take-out menu prices are 30cents less than everything on the menu wall.

Good honest burgers. Probably not better than Jake's or Snuffers, but a good place close to home. I'd put it above the Kinkaids in Alliance. My wife and I like to split a double cheese burger and some fried okra.

Good. They have really good chicken sandwiches and the homemade hand cut fries was awesome. My husband had a cheeseburger an he said it was real good burger it was season just right right very juicy like melt in your mouth good. Tried it

Love Chapps!. I love this place! The burgers are always perfect, and the jalapeno burger is the best! The fries are also usually very crisp and fresh.
