This is the most poorly run, longest waiting fast food place ever.
They have the impossible whopper, and impossible wait times.
Only one lane in drive thru at all times, and no one at the front counter.

The fries was fresh. The burger was not hot, didnt even taste grilled..i got my drink 1st, was expecting my card to be handing to me since it was in her hand ready to be given back. They wanted to give me the food 1st. I repeated I wanted the card 1st.

The food was good, hot and fast. The bathrooms leave something to be desired. Mop the floors around the walls in the stalls. They need a good scrubbing.

We dined inside, we were the only ones there but waited 10-15 minutes to get our food due to them serving the drive thru first, we had to go to the counter to remind them we were there, the worse in Kearney

Food hot and fresh. Courteous to truck drivers from across they street. Allowed me to order even with lobby closed. Thank you

Of course the food looks great in the pictures and then it looks like it lost half of itself on the way out to your table. We some how are paying more money for less food.

I'm a Doordasher and I just now waited in line for an hour. There were only 7 cars ahead of me and the lobby wasn't open. It took time away from me serving other customers and made the customer I was serving have to wait that extra hour for their food. Even if you're short staffed there's no reason for it to take that long when it isn't all that busy. I don't mean to be harsh. I've worked in this type of industry before. I just know unfortunately I will never come here myself and will encourage Doordash to stop using this Burger King as it was a waste of my time and affected my customers.
