Ya know I used to stop by here pretty regularly, it's close to my house and convenient. But recently I had a lady whom I assume was a manager tell me I need to get a new card because there reader doesn't read it well. This is literally the only place this happens including the other Wendy's. Point being if every other business has no problems maybe you should look in to your card reader before blaming your customers...

They are always fast, polite, and accurate! Even with being short- staffed as everyone in Kearney is. Keep doing whatever you are doing! We value and appreciate it greatly!

The service there was extremely quick and actually fresh. Employees are not really too friendly at this store. Just act like a bunch of ants. Only do the job intended to do without communicating with the customers. So sad to see this happening. The inside of the store has changed but the employees really don't greet customers or say anything except when they accept the money

Second time in a row my order was incomplete. Same item missing both times, meaning my son didn't get his nuggets. Receipt was correct, business was slow, so I don't see any reason for this issue.

Recently remodeled...the place is very nice. I enjoy getting a baked potato since they aren't offered many other places!

I've been to alot of Wendy's this is probably the best one for food and service.

Fries were edible, but staff needed to change the fryer oil. Portion was substantial.
Burger was good, but more burger king type messy that I'm used to getting from a Wendy's.
Staff was pleasant to deal with at the order point and the pay/pickup window.

At this point I can still remember when Wendy's ads said alway fresh never cooked until you order those days are long gone. After ordering and stating we would wait for fresh they tried to give us old food. Then we we refused their retubrution was to give us spicy nuggets instead of the regular we ordered as well completely they messed up the hamburger order. However the last laugh is ours we are secret shoppers and they failed with a zero score. Save you money eat somewhere that the staff actually cares about the customer.
