Burger King

Ordered via drive-thru a single sandwich requesting no ketchup or mustard but only picles as a condiment. Had it read back to me correctly. Snagged it at the pickup window and had to get to an appointment. Opened the bag in car at place of appointment and had a ketchup & mustard inedible (for me) lunch. Never pulling away from a drive thru again without checking my order completely. Usually have better service but recently this is becoming more common. Drive thrus may save some people time but in this case I had to go hungry.

Okay, let's be real here. This is a Burger King. You already know that the food is gonna be flame broiled perfection. So you're reading this to see how this BK stacks up against others. Every time I have come here I have been hit with some of the best customer service imaginable for a fast food joint. Some places you walk in and you can see that everyone is dead inside, but not here. Everyone seems to be enjoying themselves and it shows with how well they work together as a team to get the order right and get you fed quickly. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

After the worst possible experience at Wendy’s I came to Burger King. I wasn’t fond of this place before but the lady who took my order asked enough questions to get my order correct. She was extremely nice and friendly at the window and could have a pleasant conversation while we waited. This experience made my night after having a terrible experience right before and I ended up paying less than $4 for what was the exact same thing for over $14 at Wendy’s

It was wonderful!! They were so nice. They even gave my nephew a toy even though he didn't order anything to go with it. They just saw him and came over and gave it to him. Also very clean!! I was greatly impressed. The bathroom was very clean. A little chilly but nice. The staff seemed really nice, and they seemed to like each other.

It's always a good place to eat but this time the cashier was extremely rude. Rushed us with our order and then they didnt give us our reciept and then they forgot items that we ordered so we had to go back. Then I put in another order when I went to pick up the two items that they missed and that second order took close to 10 minutes to get from them. Not a very good visit this time. Please train your associates correctly.

So glad the North Burger King has started the 10% Senior discount again. Last time my family was there most of the tables were dirty. My Daughter started to wipe a table off for us and then an employee came out to wipe down the tables. They didn't seem very busy. Usually it is clean and service is good.
