6/29/22 went to lunch. It was terrible! The restaurant is dirty. One of the managers was sitting in the back doing nothing. Maybe he should pick up a vacuum and a mop. Not sure what happened but you can tell they do not care. The ribs I had tasted like they were old. Over $40.00 later...I will never go back.

Thought I might try Applebee’s again. Nope. They weren’t busy, yet the service was slow and I got that feeling the waiter was annoyed. I ordered the chicken and shrimp, chicken was cooked till it was dry. It would have been great if I ordered chicken jerky. The shrimp was good though.

This chain has friendly servers and the food is so-so. Someone in iur group ordered a strawberry chicken salad which they made, served and then told us they were out of strawberries. The kitchen took almost 30 minutes to get a couple salads and they were not busy.

If I lived in the area I probably would not go there frequently. But I would give them another chance. I was offered a seat at the bar and I turned it down. Then they sat me at a table IN the bar. Go figure. Server Reace was excellent!

Order a steak for take out, was 4oz at best with a tendin in the middle plus raw, not "rare" RAW, and Iorder med rare! The worst part is the manager did even go show the cook, just tossed it in the trash... spend your money elsewhere!

Food was pretty good, artichoke dip was amazing, steak was just ok (cooked properly but the cut left something to be desired) receptionist was a little crabby but our bartender/waitress was awesome.

Very pleasantly surprised!! Had deleted Applebee's from my places to go because the service and the food had gotten SOOO bad! But gave it a try last week and found it was very good. Both the food and the service!!
