If you like ling dark hair in your food.. Not impressed with food quality at all. Not what they advertise..... $9 meal was a waste of money.

Never heard of a Runza before. The Runza is a beef and seasoned cabbage hogie type sandwich which comes in several varieties. No cheese, cheese or mushroom. The flavor of the Runza reminded me of a white castle burger with cabbage added. I really enjoyed trying it out. We also got a bacon cheeseburger. The flavor of the burger remined me of a old carhop restaurant in my hometown. Took me back. It was yummy. Would get both again. The vanilla shake had a perfect flavor, but it was hard to drink at first because it was so thick. I really appreciated the "frings" (fries and onion rings mixed) as a side option because I have a hard time deciding which to get sometimes. The onion rings were salty and crunchy. Really good. Crinkle cut fries were good and crispy but needed salt IMO. Over all was really fun to try something new. Would go back.

I wasn't sure what to expect. We ate here on my sister's recommendation. YUM! We ate different varieties of the Runza. We will be back again and again.

Gotta try a Runza! Lots of variety available in case the original beef/cabbage doesn't suit you. Makes a great hand+pie for the long drive across Nebraska.

Food was hot and fresh. Not their fault but I feel Runza has lost the quality of the original sandwich. No flavor. Hard to keep something so homemade into a fast food and keep its authentic recipe, but can be done.

Dang disappointed in Runza. Like the sandwiches. Especially love the twist cones, my favorite summer treat. However I will be looking for something else. Obviously prices have gone up due to increase in expenses. However raising the price and the size getting smaller isn't okay. The regular $1.60 cone is now the children Happy Meal size. 😞

A Nebraska fast food classic chain. Eat in service was prompt on a scorching hot Sunday mid afternoon, although one of the fries in our order of 3 meals was a "frings" but we were not charged the upcharge.

Our first visit to Runza and yes, the burgers are legendary! The onion ring french fry combo is a great idea! The homemade ice cream sandwiches are 😋! Yummy!
