The staff was playing Latin music so loudly that the music in the dining room could hardly be heard. The cashier couldn't speak any English or barley understand it, so ordering was quite a challenge and I assume, the Manager had to keep coming over to assist. Also, other staff members would be laughing extremely loudly and screech behind the counter in the cooking area or some would come out just to socialize with friends or family members who came to visit them and it all seemed extremely unprofessional.
