Honestly I walked and was greeted right away from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out was the best experience I had ever at any optical vision care spot. I just wanna say I am one happy customer because of the help from the ladies Valerie Kristen and Kim. I’m so glad I’m able to see and what an amazing staff they have there. Thanks ladies for being so kind.

Despite of the ridiculous wait time to get my glasses ordered everything else was a great experience. (I was there for a little over 2 hrs in total from start to finish) I called before hand to ensure I understood my benefits and Kimberly was extremely helpful answering all of my questions. Dr. Tran was very professional and helped me understand small issues I was dealing with my health and my vision. He was very informative and helpful. Overall, the entire staff is pretty much amazing!

Love love love this place! Dr. Tran is amazing! My husband and I are very pleased! Finally a place that can get our prescriptions right! Dr. Tran was very patient with me trying contacts that wouldn’t dry my eyes out. She knows what she’s doing and cares about getting you the right prescription! The people in the front are very friendly and helpful too! We will be back!

I had my eye exam today (10/28/2021) after not doing so for 5 years!! And let me say that I had the most wonderful experience! Dr Tran was great and the staff, Ricardo Gross and Ashley McLaurin were extra great!!! They made sure my experience was top notch!! I would recommend this office to everyone and anyone!!! They went beyond par to make sure I didn’t have any issues and or problems!!! Best staff EVER!!

Went to TSO today for my eye check up and to get some glasses. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was greeted by the team and, Ashley helped get all the paper work and everything I needed to sort out before seeing Dr Tran. I had a great experience and will definitely recommend seeing them. Dr. Tran was very friendly and professional. They helped me get my contacts and glasses in no time.

Dr. Shulman and her team of doctors are phenomenal and work together like a well-oiled machine. I have had some problems with styes recently, and they have taken excellent care of me. I have been to this location 3 times, and from start (scheduling) to finish all employees have been courteous, and more importantly, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend! When it’s time for my next eye exam, I will be switching to this team of doctors!

Doctor and staff are all outstanding! Super nice. Very welcoming and great with children. The store its self is very clean and well maintained. Everything is sanitized constantly! I love that they are so well educated on their products and insurance policies. And the doctor was so patient and sweet explaining everything in detail. Also included possible scenarios in advance to prepare me for different possible outcomes. I love this approach to doctor-patient conversations. We have definitely found the eye doctor my children will be seeing from now on. I highly recommend. Edit to add that we saw Dr. Tran ❤️ she's awesome!

Dr. Tran is kind and friendly. She has great energy and a bubbly personality. She knows how to communicate with kids to make them feel at ease. My daughters had a great experience seeing her. Will definitely be sticking with Dr. Tran for our families eye exams. The office staff is also friendly and very helpful!
