Quiznos

I ordered delivery food from this Quiznos. I called them multiple times ti try and locate my food, to no help. The order took about an hour from the start, but it was also 45 minutes late getting to me. Upon receiving my food I asked the delivery woman why it had taken her so long, to which her response was she could not find the place and had been circling the block for the past 45 mins. I then told her my food was cold, and since I had ordered a hot sandwich, I was not happy with this. She argued with me and told me my food was still hot. Reluctantly I paid for the food anyways and called the store to complain of the terrible service. The woman who had answered the phone greeted me with a simple "Hello" every time I called. I had to ask if I had called Quiznos. And when I had complained the woman I spoke with said the driver who brought me my food was the boss of the establishment. So there was nothing she could do about my grievances. I will not be ordering from a place with such disrespect for customer service again.
