Panda Express

My experience at this Panda Express was a lot better than my experience at the other one down the road from this location. The young man at the window was very helpful and kind and patient. The lady who brought my food out was also very kind and happy which is always a plus! The only slightly negative thing I'd say is the older gentleman was very eager to get me out the window and to wait at the side of the building so he could get more cars to the window, but he did so in a very rude manner to the young kid at the window. More like yelled at him to get me to move so he could serve another guest. Which is great but also please be kind to your staff.

My daughters love "Panda Express" at Mason & Kingsland Blvd. We mostly go through the drive through. The menu is straight forward and the ordering process is simple and fast. The service fast were friendly and efficient. The food (Orange Chicken, Sesame Chicken, and Teriyaki Chicken) was very good with fried rice and lo mein. Highly recommended!

My overall experience at panda was a 4.5 star food was excellent, customer service was not on their game this time, making excuses instead of acknowledging the customer that your out of some items and will cook a new batch of food right away instead of trying to give me left over cold item mixed with fresh and hot food. The store was clean when I walked in. I just wished that the staff were a bit more friendlier or more inviting.

Love this place especially when the food is fresh and just brought to the line. I think the staff should wear face mask and gloves while dealing with the food I think every restaurant or fast food should do so. I believe dealing with food is a intimate experience and the way it's prepared and served should be presented as such. Other than that I would definitely recommend this spot 😉🤓
