Cicis Pizza

This place is absolutely amazing, have you been to cicis before? i guarantee you it wasnt like this one. From the spot free cleanliness to the employees greeting you as you walk in, you will realize this isnt a regular cicis. Ive spoken with the owner a few times who works along side the employees often, you can tell he truly cares about his place. They always ask to make custom things for you as well when its near closing, weve been to this one about 20 times and will continue returning.

Staff is extremely friendly. They're extremely on top of cleaning and the overall hygiene of everything. The food is hot and fresh. You can tell that they don't just leave it out all day or put stale food out. We came because the rating was high and now I can see why. If you're going to go to a CiCi's, this is the location I'd recommend.

The success of this location is all about the Manager. I was alone when I went so I enjoyed my meal and watched them work. I had to speak to him before I left. I stopped going to cici a good while back because the service and cleanliness of the 2 closer to me off hwy 6/1960 had deteriorated in my opinion. My son told me to go to this one. Well worth the drive!!! If you make your staff happy you will have a successful business. He had a smile on his face the entire time I was there and I was there about an hour. He interacts with his staff and you can tell they really respect him. They did all the jobs happy without prompting. The food was outstanding and there was never an empty pizza or dessert pan. Hard to find such dedication these days. He needs to be commended and as I said I took the time to tell him all of the above. He even asked me when I was getting my pizza if he could make me a special one. I was standing in front of every kind of pizza imaginable and he was cooking the pizzas and still took the time to speak to me. I would hate to see him leave but cici's management need to recognize this man's talent and use him to better all their locations. Wish it was closer. Will definitely go back soon. I don't leave reviews but he is so exceptional I had to. Don't hesitate - just go!!!

I don't know what it is, but you walk in here and just feel really welcomed! The staff is very upbeat, friendly, and they go out of their way to make sure you are happy. I love coming to this Cicis location. The staff are having fun, keeping you fed with a wide variety of fresh, delicious foods, and stop by your table to ask if they can get you anything! The food is always very fresh and we'll put together. The store is always perfectly spotless no matter how busy they are. Thank you for being an awesome team at an amazing store!
