Hungry Howie's Pizza

First time ever eating Hungry Howie's. Ordered a pepperoni pizza, Howie bread (bread sticks), and a chicken bacon ranch baked sub. Best thing I've had from a pizza place in years. Toppings were consistent and the perfect amount. The ingredients all tasted high quality and the delivery was lightning fast. This should be the new standard for Pizza.

I was looking forward to eating my salad but unfortunately I didn't realize the dressing was expired until after I poured it. The packaging was very sticky & the dressing had a yellow hue to it. I called the store immediately to request a refund or a new salad to be delivered. They didn't have a driver tonight. So I requested the refund. The employee didn't believe me because he said they opened a new box & it is not expired. I told him the package is sticky & the expiration is July 19 ,2021. So posting the review to show that mistakes can be made and everyone is not scamming for money. I would rather eat my salad than recieve a refund. Please check the packaging not just the manufacturer box mistakes can be made. I've just realized the croutons was expired too. Check the inventory.

When I was in the Navy, we used to order from here in Gulfport Mississippi. When I came back home to Houston, I would rave about how good the pizza was here. I was so surprised when I drove by it today, and it’s only 7 minutes away from my house!!! I recommend the garlic herb crust with bacon and sausage! So grateful to have this pizza back in my life after 14 years!!!

I was in the neighborhood and wanted something other than burgers. The reviews were very good, so I dropped in and ordered a Flatbread pizza with multiple mats Veggies with the garlic herb crust. The balance of flavors and textures were great. I loved everything about it. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will look for a reason to come back this way.

Normally don’t do reviews but I had to with this one. I ordered pizza that didn’t quite come out right. The supervisor at the time had just stepped out so I couldn’t get a refund and I was upset. Thats when Mr Quince the manager who was not on duty at the time called me. The associates said he would call me but of course I didn’t think he would it was late at night and I’m sure he was home with his family. He called me and apologized for the issue made sure that I knew he would be able to remake the pizza for me and give me a slight refund and another item free of charge. I was beyond happy because I really love this pizza place and it’s very close to my home and I didn’t want to not come back. He made sure to let me know he wants to keep me as a customer the little lose he would take making the pizzas again was nothing compared to losing me as a customer. Most places don’t care because they will just get more customers. I’m giving 5 stars even though my food was wrong because his professionalism and alertness was outstanding. Mistakes happen in life that’s what makes us human but it’s about how you react that shows your character

The pizza and all the food is fantastic but the beverages... OMG!!!! This place has every kind of beverage you could ever want... as long as you want Mountain Dew, Sierra Mist or bottled water. What gives??? You guys are ALWAYS lacking with the drinks, worse than literally every other pizza place I've ever been to in my nearly 50 years! Come on... get with the program!!! I really want to give you 5 stars because the pizza is awesome and the drivers are courteous and fast. Please, I beg of you... please give me a reason to bump it up to 5 stars.

Ordered 2 pizzas to go after son's football game. I called the order in and still ended up waiting 16 min AFTER the time I was quoted. Another issue is they forgot to cut one of the pizzas so we had to do it ourselves when we got home... But what if we were taking them to eat someone that didn't have knives? Pizza was fresh and flavorful which is why I gave (4) stars & the 2 workers inside were nice.

I am never disappointed when I eat here! And everytime I bring home a crust flavored pizza it turns into a, why don't we eat here more often? The restaurant is not in my area, so when I see it I instantly pull over and order. So if it's so good, why the 4 month span between orders? It's so greasy and salty, in a good flavor but heart healthy bad way, that you know it's bad for you. I eat so many healthy pizzas that this turns into a pizza cheat night! Its so bad it's good!
