Everyone was so sweet and nice I rarely eat ice cream and took my son and boyfriend we enjoyed a late night treat together!

Very well-mannered, attentive employees. The girl at cashier was very nice and patient with my 7 year old while she was trying to order herself. Place was clean, neat, but maybe little cluttered. And of course, ice-cream there is delicious, definitely try pistachio with almonds.

one of the best baskin robbins i’ve came too. awesome employees who quickly got to work a group of people with kids came in before us! the employees got the tables ready for the group and kids and for us! they went above and beyond to serve us and the group! highly recommend that people come to this location for ice cream! these employees are very well trained!

I like going to this location because the drive thru is convenient. The service is quick and the staff is polite. The waffle bowl is sooo good! The only thing that I don't like is that they are always out of the flavors that I want. The Strawberry cheesecake was delicious though.

My grandson and I took an evening ride around outer Houston and stopped for some ice cream. I had the lemon custard ice cream, so creamy and just enough lemon flavor, and my grandson had the chocolate ice cream w/ gummy bears. We enjoyed the treat very much.

Ice cream quality was great! However wait time was excessively long. Took more than 30min to place order. Recommend better system/process to handle long lines. Something similar to what Chick-fil-A does. Have someone outside to take orders in advance of getting to the drive up window. Staff did remain open after hours to accommodate cars that were in line at original closing time (👏 - great job)!

Perfect location for stopping off and getting some great ice cream. The store was very clean and the staff friendly and eager to offer assistance. Their selection of prepacked quarts was small but the staff offered to make one for me and they did so quickly. The prices are higher than you will find in a grocery store but they have unique flavors and none of the fake, plastic after taste you sometimes find in other brands of ice cream.

I live 2 minutes away from one, go there once a week. Great place even better product. Staff is awesome and they always have a smile. Drive through isn't the best at this location but that's okay. Shakes are badass made fresh to order.
