Grimaldi's Pizzeria

Excellent pizza, but not the best compared to other premium pizzerías, given their prices. The wine selection is limited and overpriced! The appetizer selection is also very limited. The service is good. The women's restroom was poorly maintained and the sink was simply unacceptably dirty. Overall, it has a nice family atmosphere and the food is good. I would go back.

Well where should I start? Man I'm from NY so you already know that most New Yorkers judge some states and local restaurants based on how well thier pizza 🍕 is made from ingredients to how they bake them using coal or conventional oven, and by far I will always enjoy Coal Style brick oven pizza that is hands down the best way to make it and if you got the right ingredients you got me as a customer when I'm in the mood for pizza 🍕. Grimaldi's is that place, this was my 1st time in the area and I'm been to a few places in katy trying out pizza since I moved from NY to Texas in 2020, so yeah you guys at Grimaldi's keep it up I'll be back soon 😉 😋 Unfortunately the phots that I have posted are from the aftermath 😆, but this should be enough proof that the pizza was delicious and I couldn't even take a picture of it before my family 👨‍👩‍👧 got thier hands on this delicious 🍕 😋 .

The pizza was delicious 😋. We ordered the pepperoni and black olives pizza and a bruschetta appetizer. The atmosphere is nice, more like a pub than a pizzeria, very family-friendly. Its location at La Centerra makes the location very accessible. The only con is that the servers are quite young and some need a little more training.

Great first visit. Meg our waitress was very attentive. The pizza was amazing. We built our own traditional. The only negative is it took entirely too long. They are more focused on the call in orders than the customers that park, come in and dine in. Literally 45 minutes before we ate. Very nice on the inside.
