This food truck was highly recommended to me by a coworker in Denver. Me, my dad, & brother all ordered various dishes and they were all so delicious. We rate it 5/5 and are planning on eating it again before we head out. Just order ahead of time.
Food is amazing. The flavor is super authentic. I had drunken noodles, green curry, pad Thai. Each was very flavorful. The spicy was so delicious. I didn't even have any issues with spicy. I like spicy, but this was just amazing how the spice and the flavor mixed together. If you like Thai, come here!
This is the most authentic drunken noodles I've had in a very long time. I ordered medium spicy and it was perfect. This is a one woman operated food truck so the wait is long, the food is cooked to order, and definitely worth the wait. Cash is the preferred payment option, but she was able to take my card.
The coconut shrimp was incredible, and was served with a cream sauce that was amazing. Had the mango juice. Only complaint was it took awhile and only accepted cash. But I was in no rush and it was worth it.
The most authentic thai food we had on the island... straight out of a food truck. Everything was made fresh to order. Food was delicious. We had the lemongrass coconut soup, papaya salad, fried fish plate & red curry chicken. We'll definitely stop by there again the next time we visit.
This garlic shrimp and mango/pineapple smoothie tasted magical, and was made to order. Totally worth the wait!
