Oh my goodness! What a food-gasm!!! The presentation was beautiful and the flavors so mouth watering!
Hubby and I ordered the Smoked Pork with avacado, the Smoked Salmon with siracha and macadamia nuts topping and the Blue Sky crepe for dessert. We also got blueberry and strawberry lemonade. We both thought we wouldn't be able to finish everything but we scraped the plates clean. Yum!
Holy crepe! It’s everything i’ve ever wanted in a savory crepe. It’s really more like a crepe burrito. Only time I’ve had a crepe and and went, “wow i’m full” The flavor and quality of the ingredients were top notch as well. I’ll be back to check out the sweet ones next!
Smoked salmon crepe was AMAZING. Flavors I never would have put together like the Mac nut, but it worked. I'll dream about these crepes for years to come.
I can't believe how tasty these crepes are! Delicious, great prices, and the chef is a master/god of the food truck kitchen. As a Celiac I was pumped to find this gem in Kapa'a and will definitely be back for more. Everyone in my party agrees (and they don't need gf). Also, I want to put Spicy Papaya Ketchup on everything now. Thanks!
Everything is gluten free, and the food here is amazing! Try the smoked turkey and house-made lemonade! The owner is very friendly, and the sweet crepes were too good to pass up! A must try if you’re in the area!

My wife is celiac and this place was an absolute Godsend. The owner has an incredible story. 100% everything is gluten free but without the gluten free taste. Huge crepe filled with deliciousness. Dessert crepes are incredible as well. Best food I had in Kauai the two weeks we were there. Highly recommend everyone eats here at least once while on the island, you will not regret it.
This is one of the most unique places to eat on the island of Kauai! There are many options including gluten free and vegetarian. My husband and I ate here twice during our trip trying both savory and sweet crepes. The sweet crepes are very refreshing/tasteful, not sickening sweet. I don't have a sweet tooth and highly recommend trying a sweet crepe without fear of it being overly sweet. Everything we tried was delicious including his strawberry and blueberry lemonades (his blueberry lemonade is on point). Sterling, the owner, is very friendly and all about customer service. While ordering he recommended a few add-ons for no charge and lets you taste test! He is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet! Next time we visit we will be coming back to support his business!
Sterling, a tip from both Christian and me is to maybe add your restaurant name and logo on the side of the truck facing the street so cars driving by can see it on the truck!
Amazing! Had the BBQ crepe. The sauce has the prefect amount of heat and tingled my taste buds. Sterling made great recommendations completing our amazing dinner. I will come back. Rain or shine!
