Even though I had to wait for my food, this experience was an absolute pleasure. For some reason my online order, didn't go through. The Associate was so apologetic and respectful. The overall service and food were amazing. This is my go to place, instead of any fast food restaurants.

Absolutely one of my favorite places to go. I like the fact you can have something made fresh out of the deli and you can go sit down in the dinning area watch a baseball game,read a book, ect. They even have plug ins at every table in case you need to charge your phone,laptop, tablet, ect.......

The food was good and I was surprised to find a full bar. Unfortunately I also found an off-the-clock employee sitting at the bar with one of his friends. He had either been drinking too much on a Sunday afternoon watching football at the bar or just didn't care who was around him to hear him dropping the "F" bomb every other word. There were a couple of preteen kids in the restaurant area which is not separated from the bar. If I were just rating the food, service, and value, I would have given a four star rating. Since the bar tender/server opted to not take any action to deal with the foul-mouthed employee, I gave a one-star rating.

The service was incredibly slow despite not being busy at all. There are no soft surfaces so sound carries and all we could hear were the loud people at the bar. The atmosphere doesn't escape the grocery store location. The food was average but our order was rung up wrong and we had to wait quite a while for it to be corrected. I can't reccomend that anyone come here.

Worst experience eating at Hyvee ever. I talked with coworkers and raved about how good the burgers are at Hyvee. I convinced them to come here for lunch. I called ahead with everyone's order to put the order in so we would have time to eat... I was placed on hold 4 times for a total of 20 minutes. The entire drive was over, and couldn't place my order. Then when we got here (Thinking we would just order at the register) a man was trying to buy his entire cart of groceries at the market grill checkout. Instead of redirecting him to the checkout lanes they checked him out, his card didnt work and wanted to split the cost. No one could figure out how to do that. SIX people spent 15 minutes trying to ring him up. We finally gave up and went to eat Chinese food. I am VERY disappointed and I'm sure will not be able to convince them to try and eat burgers here again. Wasted my lunch break. Aaron was manager on duty today. Store manager acted like he could care less. *shrug* lesson learned.

I eat here at least 3 to 4 times a week. Amazing food, phenomenal staff. Lowest prices guaranteed. Healthy choices. No waiting ever to sit down. Small to no crowds. Lots of privacy for a dining restaurant.

Sheena is amazing! She made sure we had every thing we needed from start to finish. She is friendly and personal. And is a great example of how every Hy-Vee employee sould be ty Sheena for your service! The food was delicious and your service was better.

Disappointed for their brunch buffet. Omelettes were runny, bacon was over cooked all bakery products were all dry from sitting out.
