Zero Stars.....food was cold.....doors were locked(employee had2 let us in)...& on top of all that, there was a HAiR in my French fries 🍟....took a pic....& my girl showed it2 whom i gues was the "Manager"..... & he said what "HAiR"....???? Wow.....never going back there again in life....‼️ and no apology or nothing.....just crazy.....& for 2 meals....$23...now that's just ridiculous at a fast food Restaurant...‼️

They used to have a good staff, but last time I went the cashier was talking on the phone and that's when she finally came up front. At first no one was at the register. There was a girl getting food together, but she didn't say one moment or even tell anyone that I was there. Once she came up front, she kept walking away and talking to other crew members about the person she was on the phone with and never once said I will be right with you. She didn't tell the person on the phone to hold on, she had a customer or anything. She talked until she finished her conversation, said more to the other workers and then finally asked if she could help me. I have never seen anything like that before and I was door dashing. I hope I don't get another order to go there. I don't even go to that location for my food. Hopefully they get it back together.

Ordered ham egg and cheese croissant, then added another order bacon egg and cheese meal, cashier had to use a different card to complte second order but in the end I recieved two egg bacon and cheese sandwiches, never was able to fullfill the ham egg and cheese croissant taste, will try again another day

At 11 p.m. 6.2.22 we pull up and they say that they are only taking Door Dash it’s not even midnight and your not serving the public but the public people can pick up and deliver to the public mind blowing and it’s only a street number situation basically everything seems to close in the “hood” or Lower Numbers I should say. McDonald’s Winning.

Completely unprofessional cashier. Joked about telling me off while I could hear him through the window. He proceeded to take and incorrectly deliver my order two times. I called to talk to a manager and with a voice impression the same employee pretended to be a member of management. I'll call back for the General Manager in the morning.

Everytime I have gone there, service with or without a line of cars has been slow, people on the order window do not seem to be able to take or repeat an order back. Courtesy is not in their vocabulary! (Rude is their normal modus operandi.) They act like they are doing the customer a favor. The food is normally tends toward dry. I don't know how to give less than 1 star! For a cup of water they want $1.70. Most other stores provide superior service. Previous employess do no have anything good to say about the operation or Management. Refused to provide the District Managers contact phone number!
