This was one of the worst fast food restaurants and definitely the worst Wendy's I've ever been to! After ordering, we waited at the window and paid in cash (big regrets later). They eventually tell us they are out of fries. Then say we can have fries but we need to pull ahead and wait. There was already someone waiting in front of us. We waited FOREVER and when they finally brought our food, it was completely wrong. We ordered 4 cheese fries but only got 3 plain. We ended up paying $7 extra for nothing. They didn't refund us or anything. They told us they were out of cheese sauce (?) And then they gave me grilled chicken sandwich instead of spicy and put my toppings on my friends burger instead. It was so badly managed I was scared to eat my chicken. So I ate some plain fries (they even left off the salt) and came here to complain.

Ordered for dine in gave our food in bags as if to go. Salty fries with warm food not fresh. For a chain restaurant it was poor. Had better experiences with mom and pop restaurants.

General Manager George and his people care about the customers they serve and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and satisfied. Great employees with good hearts and that speaks volumes about the wise, compassionate leadership of the management at this restaurant.

We got the Southwest Avocado Salad and the 4 for 4 meal with a small drink, and I can hands down say this is the best service I have had in my life! Our cashier, Brennan was very professional and polite. The inside of here is very nice and brought up to date and the food was super fresh. I will definitely look forward to coming in here again. This is my favorite Wendy's spot.

Went in for breakfast. This is the first time that I've gone to this particular Wendy's and the staff was fantastic. Very warm and personable. I haven't been greeted at a Wendy's like that in a while. I will be going back.

I love this Wendy's it is one of the best in the KC metro. Quick service high order accuracy and all of the staff I have meet have been very friendly and up beat!!!

I like the zoo. The African village was the best. They need to update some Kenyan data and names. I’d recommend true African food as well.

Ordered a 4 for 4. No toppings on my burger. Nuggets was not fresh. Beverage was watered down. Calling the health department because me and my son had stomach aches after eating here.

We went in for dinner. Cold fries, lukewarm sandwiches. And the place is filthy. Mind you not very busy but not one employee could be bothered to clean up. Will NOT be going back.

On 10/22/15, my husband and I went inside to grab a quick bite. We have visited this particular Wendy's a few times and have had bad luck before. However, this visit was by far the worst and we will not go back. We ordered dine-in (from a rude, not friendly female employee named Shaunese B.) and after 25 minutes of waiting, we finally got our food. During this wait, we inquired about where our order was and got several questions from the many employees and manager. A lot of attitude, unprofessionalism, and slow pace by all of them! We even witnessed 2 off-the-clock employees walk in, butt in front of others, got food, and walk out. We weren't the only ones having issues with these people. After finally getting our food, I got almost half way through with my cheeseburger and noticed it was raw! I took it up to the counter and one of the female employees smarts off and says "well, she already ate half of it." I told them that I guarantee that I do not eat raw meat and I wouldn't have eaten it knowing it wasn't cooked. The reply from them was that the meat is cooked by a machine and it didn't cook it correctly (Doesn't Wendy's advertise grilled meat?). Not at anytime did the manager offer any kind of reimbursement! The only employee who offered his condolence and a frosty was a young man named Kevin. Thank you Kevin for your kindness during this pathetic visit. I did indeed make a formal complaint with the corporate office. As we walked in in frustration, we shared with those coming in not to waste their time with this place. Sure enough, they all turned around and left. The power of word of mouth and social media can be a benefit or a harm!

This Wendy's is so much better than the one at 37th and State. They greet you better & staff better. However, today must been a off day because think the car in front of me was having issues & i'm so glad i check my bag before leaving because they had given me the wrong order.
Pet peeve - don't call me darling, you don't know me like that.....

My wife told me there was a tampon on the floor of the woman's restroom. It was so dirty she was uncomfortable changing my daughters diaper. Also there was no changing station. Service was non existent.the employees were so lost that It seemed like all the people behind the counter didn't actually work there l. Well done wendys well done.
