Sadly the food was horrible. Sliders, fries and mozzarella sticks. Everything felt like it was sitting on the counter forever. Room temperature at best. The sliders we asked for regular buffalo and a side of hot and the chicken had nothing on it. Not to mention the waitress sold us on ordering a side of cheese that we never got and was billed for it. Just a terrible experience. Look at the chicken slider attached. Just sad

So apparently the people atHooters can’t even read or get an order right and they tried to blame DoorDash. First off I ordered MEDIUM NAKED WINGS and I got their breaded wings which I can’t stand, not only was the order wrong it’s SWIMMING in grease. Way to pass the buck on terrible service, never ordering from here again.

This was the first and last time that I order food from Hooters. The buffalo chicken sliders were dry and overcooked, and worse the mushroom and swiss burger had no cheese and literally only 3 mushrooms. Pretty sad first impression.

The food is mediocre at best, definitely frozen. However, they get 4 stars because the wings were good, the service was impeccable, the bathrooms and restaurant were clean and all staff were extremely gracious with our group of 10 adults and 5 kids. While not my typical go-to, I was blown away by the level of service we received.

Food was good and came out fairly quickly. Service was mediocre at best. Had to ask for silverware after our food arrived and no offer of drink refills until we had finished our meal and was ready to go. We have been here before and have received great service but not this time Place was not busy and staff didn't appear to be shorthanded, maybe just an off day. Don't know 😕

Food was pretty good. My wife's food was not so great. There was a sign posted that said basically to please be understanding as they are low on staff, and there was literally 1 server. I feel extremely bad for her, but she rocked it! It was cool to see the manager and stepping out to help as well.

I have been here many, many times. The food wasn't outstanding. The beer was cold. We like all kinds of sports except golf and tennis and that was what was on the TVs. There were really no 'Hooters' to speak of either if that's your thing. Many looked like they could maybe fit into a training bra per my husband. They do offer military/veterans discount which was nice.

Nothing to brag about. Ppl who got seated after us got food etc quicker than we did. Waitress was an airhead & when we finally got oir food my wifes chicken was cold like it wasnt cooked long enough. She didnt want to wait for another plate so she dealt w/ it. Smh. Manager was called over but could really give a shit less. Wont be back to this location..

Went out to eat last night (Jun. 7) and decide to eat at your location. I have never been more dissatisfied with Hooters then I was last night. We wanted to order the 50 piece boneless wings, as we normally do, and asked for three sauces, which we have always done. Was told we could have two. I remarked that we had never been limited before. Our waitress went to go check came back and informed us that was the policy, that we could only pick 2 sauces. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager, who didn't even have the courtesy to keep his mouth shut till I was done asking a question, didn't even care that we were upset. He just informed us it was policy and stood there like it explained everything. I've been eating at this location since it opened and have never seen such a policy. I have also never been treated more rudely by a manager in a restaurant. I plan to take my business somewhere else and let everyone know how awful of a Hooters this location has become.

We had the best waitress for the Mother's Eat Free Event. We did have a few problems with the kitchen staff. We requested that our kids food come out appetizers, they did not!! We waited over an hour and a half for our food. The food came and was cold upon delivery. And it was not correct. Though we did appreciate that Hooters did feed us Mothers for free, our first time experience at the restaurant left a bad taste in our mouths. Hopefully our next visit will make up for what was lacking from our first.

So the service was awesome. Jordan was great. However we came specifically for the snozzberry limited time flavor, we called before arriving was told they had it and when we arrived they acted like they didn’t even hear of it. Went to the back to ask they said they didn’t have it. Just very disappointed. Again Jordan was amazing tho

Fried pickles rolled in sodium, soaked in grease, heat lamp destroyed...inedible. Crab totally water logged and mushy...couldn’t even pull it out of the shell. Never again.

My grandson took me here for lunch, food was okay nothing to brag about my burger was bland, my waitress was horrible even though she was my waitress she did nothing other waitress did her job tried to tell her she will get better with time, she said she is good been waitressing for almost five months 😂So I replied if you took care of your tables like you are supposed to then you would be getting a nice tip but since everyone else took care of us....Well hope you do better next time.😜☹️

1. Took forever to get waited on. 2. Drink order was wrong 3. Food order was wrong 4. Waitress never came back 5. The manager didn't care!! Will never go back. We've never had bad experience at a Hooters like we did today.

If I remember correctly the waitress that took care of me was named Whitney, she was very prompt with service, and always made sure that I had my drink refilled, the buffalo chicken sandwich was delicious, as well as the buffalo shrimp, all in all I was very happy with the service

Waitress was horrible ! Didn’t want to be at work ,,didn’t Bring fries to table when first ordered, has to ask again Then was cold and nasty,asked for new ones , had to ask twice to get them. Then she lied about price of the special ! Horrible experience,, she was never even close to friendly .
