Absolutely blown away by their service and menu options. We held a company lunch for around 200 people and their service was unmatched. They were on time, fast to prepare and overall just a positive energy about them! We can't wait to work with Taco Republic in the future!

Our first experience with Taco Republic was in our neighborhood during covid. We absolutely had the greatest experience. When it came time to plan our companies Christmas party, we decide we need to cancel due to covid. After checking the forecast we saw a couple of days that could possible work for Taco Republic to come out. I called to see if they had any openings and they had the exact date open. We booked them for our office so that we could do shifts for our employees to come by and we would be able to socially distance outdoors. They showed exactly on time and were just absolutely perfect! We will tell everyone we know to definitely hire them if they are needing a food truck! We will be looking for opportunities to use them for Our company in the future. Taco Republic food truck catered our wedding. The food was good but the service was slow. We asked up front if the truck would be properly staffed as the truck was the only source of food and alcohol and we were assured it would be. However, they only had one person working it (she worked as fast as she could - nothing against her!) leaving a long wait for dinner/drinks. They also ran out of chicken tacos (so I didn’t get to eat) and bottled water (I don’t drink so also had nothing to drink 😞). They also changed the price of the tacos ($3.50 to $4.00) 2 weeks before the wedding and I was only made aware because I called to confirm our date. It states in the contract they are allowed to do this but with the short staff and running out of chicken and water, it just adds salt to the wound. They were flexible as we had to move their time up 30-minutes which they accommodated. I still think having a taco truck was a neat idea for our wedding, I just wished it would have been staffed and stocked appropriately.

Solid 4 for the food truck. Was kind of bummed they didn't have all the things they show on the online menu. But, that seems to be the way with trucks. We all ordered 3 different kinds of tacos. They were good, no problems. The guac was seasoned well. Better than some of restaurants. The queso was pretty standard. Chips were nice and fresh.

Tried their tacos at festival on metcalf and 79th st recently. They're amazing! I wish i could go to the food truck daily but i dont know where to find it.
