Review Burger King - Kansas City

This place sucks, I don't know why I keep going here thinking it's going to change. First they said the drive through was closed because they were "doing shift change", weird but fine I'll go inside. We go inside, the place is filthy. I've been here before, sometimes this place has stuff to deal with because it's on Main. Order the food and wait, must have a new guy he doesn't look like he knows what he's doing, and the manager is outside talking to a woman with 3 or 4 kids with her. Went to get a drink have to wait because the person in front of me is on the phone and the whatever drink the pho e person wants is out. This is because there are no flavors like cherry or vanilla left. The "manager" opens both doors and then immediately starts making food. I yell, "Are you even going to wash your hands?" He says he used his shirt to open the doors, then begrudgingly says he'll wash his hands. Wait some more... finally get my #7 I ring of onion and the crappiest tiniest tomato in the place is my guess, burger was almost warm, definitely hadn't been hot. The fries were fresh, hot and tasty, even without the salt they forgot. This location needs the regional manager to come in and hire a new GM and retrain the staff that is doing their best but obviously hindered a manager that doesn't care about his restaurant. 30 minutes to get my order from the point I pulled to the drive though. Seriously, I come here because I hate McD's, but I think it time to give up on Burger King. Again, probably best to avoid this place.

I tried the Impossible Whopper tonight. The drive thru took about 10-15 minutes, but the service was friendly and they got our order right. I think. The Impossible Whopper was so meat-like, I felt like I was being tricked into eating a real burger. More expensive and time consuming than I expect from fast food. It's a great vegan alternative for someone who misses meat, but it was too real for me.

I'm pretty certain this BK is open or serves whenever they feel like it. If you plan to eat here ... you'd better order online, which is really unconventional for a drive thru. Especially if you decide to eat there on a whim or just need sustenance. The inconsistencies lead me to believe that this place is understaffed ...ran by LABOR-READY or they don't have food. Just close it down....Please.

Guy taking order was Amazing. Took a while to get my food and the food wasn't very good. Fries were too dark and burger had some sort of oil on it and tasted salty

This must be the worst Burger King in the country. Just tried to drive thru at 7:00 on a Saturday night and there wasn’t an employee to be found. Doors were open and someone was trying to order at the counter, though. I don’t think I’ve successfully ordered here in the last 2 years because every time I try it’s either randomly closed, out of a key item (like fries), or otherwise unable to serve me. Avoid at all costs!

Well I went in and ordered 2 bacon double cheeseburgers with no mustard, and an order of cheese tots. After I get my food I drive away. I open and take a bite out of the first burger instantly a mouth full of mustard, opened the bun and it only had mustard, same with the second. Now for $3.99 for cheese tots i expect more than 5 tots. I called and spoke to a gentleman that refused to give his name. He told me that's all you get, that's set by cooperate. I I have always had horrible experiences here and I for sure will not be back.

This is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Nobody is ever there to help. And when they are, the food is always incorrect and ice cold. Ordered the Breakfast Bacon King, yet it came with no bacon on it. They tried telling me they don’t serve it with bacon anymore. I asked for bacon and waited almost 10 minutes AGAIN with nobody else in the line. They handed me ICE COLD bacon and didn’t care whatsoever. Why did I pay 8 dollars for a cold incorrect meal!!!! Now I have to go home heat up my cold bacon at home to put on my sad looking sandwich. It’s probably not even safe to eat.

Went through drive through, staff didn't know how to enter in meal properly. Once that got sorted out and we drove to the window, she said she was new and didn't know how to do it, but no other employee was in sight. About 5 minutes later two more employees came from the back to start our food. Not only was the wait time super long for being the only people but our order was wrong. Didn't even get a receipt even when asking for one to correct the order.

These folks think hamburger is full of carbs. So, when you order no bun, they will never give you a hamburger either.

Two drive thru visits in one week both times unfriendly borderline rude service , will think twice about going back

I want To Give a shout out to the great staff here. At burger king on 34th and main. This is not the best neighborhood but they seem to run it well. Very friendly great service and total class with handling the. Few homeless and or schizophrenics that seem to call this home. I salute you.

I work there it is an awesome place. They have really good burgers and fries!

Just came here and order a number 7 and a regular cheeseburger it took forever for them to take the order in the first place then he didn't even ask what kind of drink I wanted. I got to the window and asked him what kind of drink and he said dr.pepper and I said I didn't want that because you didn't ask what drink I wanted to drink,and then when I got my food it was the wrong thing but I didn't want to argue because I was hungry at the time but this has happens several times before

Lazy workers who don't care what customers want or need. Go up the street to McD's for friendly service on Main.

First off people, Ketchup, is not Zesty sauce. Just sayin'. The guy mumbled so badly and lowly I had no clue what he was saying so I just ordered. hopefully it came out okay with me actually speaking clearly and not mumbling and whispering like I had marbles in my mouth. Oh just saw, I ordered large sizes for a friend and I? welp, got kid size fries. Please hire quality workers?

nights in a row I tried to get their new Red Velvet oreo shake and both nights the shake machine was out of order. I also got stuck in a line for a long time. Disappointing experience.

I got food poisoning from this place. It was horrible.

Slowest lunch service. Took 10 minutes to get a value meal.
