We come almost every weekend and have never had bad food or service. Daniel Starr the mgr is very friendly and accommodating. By far the best fast food place to go.

I personally choose this Hardee's over the Wendy's and taco bell next to it. I'm all about the service, these guys are great. Has me sold on this location. I been coming to this one over the years, I'm just so thankful these people are great. I got to meet the closing manager one night as I was on my way home from work, it was 9:45 and they close at 10. I'm so thankful I got to get a good hot meal after a hard day at work. Foods great and correct every time I go here and the staff is polite. Thank you for the great service.

Never thought I'd review a Hardee's, but I was pleasantly surprised when I went to this Bannister location. The neighboring Wendy's told me they were closed about 10 minutes early, so I went to the still-open Hardee's to fulfill my ailing mom's wish for fries and they graciously served me at 9:50something. The lady I interacted with was pleasant, despite the late hour. I really liked their fries, curly fries, and jalapeño poppers!

Get the chicken biscuit with a side of gravy. It is the bomb. I would recommend the one on Bannister road. I had to start going there because the one on Winner Rd went downhill

This restaurant was clean, outside, went through the drive through. The service was good, polite and professional. The food was great. All of it was what we ordered. It came hot, and fresh. The kids were happy, the adults were happy. Drive through went pretty steady.

I honestly don't eat at Hardee's much anymore because of the quality of the food always seems to be horrible. The quality and freshness at this Hardee's was a solid 10 out of 10. Customer service was also great a little slow but they were busy so that's fine, very impressed with this Hardee's.

Superb superb experience! There was hardly a wait in the drive thru, the food was prompt but freshly made, the drive thru attendants were friendly and they made sure to ask if we needed ketchup with our order! I know this may not sound like a big deal, but being how every other fast food joint out there will just let your food slide without offering or asking if you want condiments is a HUGE deal to me. It has been a long time since I've eaten at Hardee's but I will say this, for the service, I will travel even thru inconvenience (because it's so far from me) to eat here instead of another closer competing fast food chain.

It's fast-food wages. I really don't expect much...and this place limbo'd right under a very, very low bar. Rude, incompetent staff that can't be bothered to do their jobs. Meals regularly missing items or have them wrong. Biscuits usually burned, fries taste old. My toddler loves their chicken but even that is not enough to ever lure me back. Ever. This restaurant is dreadful. I try to be very nice to fast-food workers; it's a tough job with bad pay. I've never sworn at anyone working before...ever. Usually just the opposite. Tonight...that changed. It's THAT BAD.
