I ordered a pizza, wings and 2 liter to be delivered to my elderly mother who is a shut-in. The driver had inadvertently forgot her soda. The store I called was extremely helpful to resolve this issue. The driver had realized his error and had already arrived at my mothers within 5 minutes of my phone call. I want to thank both employees for their kindness. They should be recognized for their exemplary performance and awarded accordingly.

The manager was extremely nice and took great care with our large order. The pizzas looked and tasted great. I’m very happy we went with this Pizza Hut for our party nearby—it is not our usual location. I would order here again with no reservations.
Big note: the interior was clean and what I could see of the kitchen was spotless. Kudos to the employees here!

My pizza was made with the appropriate amount of sauce yesterday 8/8/23. Consistently, for probably the past year, this location barely put enough sauce on, so I was hesitant to order. However, yesterday it was perfect and the pizza tasted great!

Door Dash driver stole our entire order and the store manager (sorry, didn’t catch name) made it right AND remade the order and was sure to deliver it with Pizza Hut drivers. Class act, Pizza Hut. Above and beyond. Door Dash—that was the last time.

Pizza Hut, 4031 North Oak Trafficway, Kansas City, MO. Tried the Stuffed Crust Pizza with Italian Sausage, and the dark chocolate brownie with choc. chips. Nice! =) Pizza Hut 🛖 was really Hot, Fresh and Good Food. A pleasant place to go!

2 for 2. Pizza hut has been the best pizza the last few times we've order its always hot and fresh. I can't eat any pizza on north oak other than Pizza Hut. Really tasty thin crust and they always have good deals. Keep up the good work. Website is easy to order from! Even an option to pay at the store. Yum!

Order was of Meat Lover pizzas and pepperoni melts. Pizza & Melts were fresh out of the oven and cooked perfectly. My great-nephew and I are now hooked on the melts! Friendly staff and yummy food. Highly recommend my Gladstone Pizza Hut!

We've been ordering online and we found we get better deals. Our delivery time was short. We ordered two medium pizzas, both with light sauce. Only one came with light sauce. It's too heavy on the stomach. That's why I order it that way. And the delivery people aren't very friendly

Food was over an hour late before I decided to cancel it. Called multiple times and they were on the way for an hour. It’s only two blocks away. So boyfriend had to go back to work without eating. I wasn’t even offered a decent amount off considering the circumstances. OH and then they tried to make it sound like they already tried to deliver. Bye Felicia. Your pizza isn’t good anyways.

Ordered pizza at noon, says hour and half delivery. Finally after 2 hours it shows up. It's beyond cold bread sticks cold to the point of hard. Just threw it in the trash. I'll never order from this store or any Pizza Hut agian.
