Olympic Grill - Kansas City - Photo album

I visited EJ's with a group of people. We had a great time. We mostly each got something different. This is a great place for comfort food, but it's a little better than just that. Well executed. Ingredients are sourced well, better quality than it could be. There is a clear interest in providing so
This is a fun little eatery, the service was great, the food was mostly good. I ordered something really complicated, they served it correctly, and it tasted great. My friends burger was a little burnt, and the food was a little pricey though(even for my complicated order of an extra egg, and no pot
Amazing. That sums up this place! They have a rotating menu so you're sure to find something different when you come back. Started off with a half order of biscuits and gravy. Excellent flavor, gravy was a tad runnier than I was used to though. The biscuit was perfectly cooked and held up it's crisp
Great food and great atmosphere. I enjoyed the salmon and avocado toast special today. I wasn't sure about the blood orange segments, but it was a delightful addition. The side salad was as well dressed as the one I had last time. I went today with a friend and he was equally satisfied with his meal
We went on a Friday and got the burnt end special. True burnt ends, very tender and the sauce complements the meat very well. Talked to Eric who is one of the owners. He made us feel very welcomed. We will be back for sure.
Been wanting to try this place for awhile and loved it! It's high quality food right in the heart of the West Bottoms. The menu can change seasonally but the ongoing theme is a "Meat & 3" option where you pick one protein and 3 sides. Here is what we ordered: {Pork Chop w/ 3 Sides - Green Beans, Br
Truly a Kansas City gem here, the food is DELICIOUS, well priced, and VERY well portioned. The owners are just the nicest people and the atmosphere is very unique and ties into the area well. Its a very comfortable place to meet up, have a meal, and just connect and relax. They're catering is wonder
Awesome place to eat. Best buscit and gravy I've ever had. Very friendly owners. Fantastic bloody Mary. I'll be back here real soon
68th Birthday lunch for Karol Binggeli !! Loved the food except the bun was too hard to eat more of a crouton 😕. Need one more stuff/bartender on drinks. Definitely going back !!!! The white BBQ sauce is a great change of pace.
Awesome place for lunch. The wife and I have been down here a few times for lunch. The food is simple comfort food locally sourced. Service has always been excellent and the prices in my opinion are better than reasonable for the quality of food they bring to your table.
A new favorite place in the Kansas City West Bottoms. Delicious food - killer BLT! Full bar, KC Bier Co on tap as well as Austin Eastcider. Oh, did I mention the barbecue?! Order the Meat+Three.
This is an order at the counter open seating diner style restaurant with unique whole food creations and american favorites. I got the 3 meat skillet and my wife the Bottoms Bennie. The three meat skillet seems small but is loaded with ham, sausage and smoked brisket over dirty rice then tapped with
The meat and 3 side concept is really cool and make a perfect lunch for just $12. I had the Blackend Catfish with Broccoli, Tomato Bisque Soup and Potato Salad. All of the sides were amazing and the main dish was too. Service was very good as well.
Great place. Down home cooking with a Chef's flair. Great for lunch, brunch and happy hour.
Excellent local spot... great use of a long-time, storied eatery space. Food was great, Meat and Three w/brisket (nice mix of lean and moist, sweet potato wedges, coleslaw, and mac n' cheese. Only let down was the mac which is allegedly baked but no evidence of crispy cheesy crusty bits. Service was
Stopped by for lunch. The location was easy to find in the old West Bottoms area. The place is new, clean and had a very cool vibe to it. The staff was also very friendly and the burger and fries were excellent. Will definitely visit again.
As a former Alabamian, EJ’s hit all the cravings I had for down home cooking. The Bottoms Eggs Benedict was so delicious - the fried green tomato was the perfect touch. The fantastic (and attentive!) bartender talked me into some bread pudding and it was a fantastic way to end brunch. I’ll definitel
Impressive first experience. Food was great, particularly the breakfast ribs. Nice modern twist on each dish. Portion sizes were nice for price point. Lots of servers and staff tended to table refilling water, delivering meal, etc.
This is a great place to visit and eat while in the West Bottoms. The brisket grilled cheese is the best sandwich in KC imo. Sorry the pic shows and empty plate but it’s that good!!!
