I ordered online, but online, it doesn't give you the option to choose all dark meat or all white, and so they couldn't change it for me. The cashier was nice about it. She explained that what's done online is online and that they just prepare the order. Customer satisfaction is being able to change the situation to satisfy the customer even when that option is not given to you online...

Never had a better experience at any restaurant. The staff was top notch, the food was perfect , and even though we did not eat there, the atmosphere was easy and laid back. Highly recommend this place for all your chicken cravings.

Try the big box meal! It was a great deal. I couldn't even finish. But I had a midnight snack because of it. The drive through person was very nice and prompt with my food

I used the drive-thru lane. No line and the chicken sandwich was good. Over 10 dollars if you get sides and a drink.
