Good experience. I was a bit skeptical when I read the bad reviews. The food was good and hot. And the lady that gave us the food was very polite and made sure we knew where everything was. She even smiled at the end. It took a reasonable amount of time. Honestly, I've waited longer in other McDonald's. We ordered via curbside.

Made a quick stop here. Had to have the COOKIES!!! Oh, and a burger too. LoL So delicious and staff was friendly today! It was earlier than we usually go. Good time!

Update: Late night Drive-thru, asked for ketchup and mustard, got ketchup and tomatoes. They're both red and from the same thing, I guess someone is tired. Original: Just enjoyed a visit through the drive thru. The ladies that greeted and served us were sweet and friendly. Thank you for the free 🍓 shake (it was already made and left by the window so I asked) *FEELING BLESSED* I for one am excited about the remodeling that was just completed! There are now several power plugs and USB ports in the lobby and playground. The playground seems more exciting and modern as well.

I'm surely not the only person who gets a bag of cheeseburgers for a quick family lunch... They usually get the order right, and the food is usually good. It's McDonald's, so I'm not expecting a fine dining experience.

I frequent random McDonald's on a daily basis. This is the only location I have known to stop their curbside assistance at 7:00 p.m. . So I normally do not use curbside assistance after 7:00 p.m. I still say it was a great service. I had to go into the location to retrieve my order, but that was no problem. The person handling my order was very polite and asked if I needed anything else which is a plus. Not to mention I felt no bad vibes when I walked into this establishment. Everyone was working, and I didn't have the sense of a stink attitude. Kudos to the night shift at the 85th and Blue ridge location. Your greatly appreciated and your hard work is acknowledged. Thank you

The cashier was nice and patient with me as I took forever to order. The food was hit-and-miss. My fries were fresh but my buns were hard. The wait time was surprisingly short. Overall, not a bad experience

Food was better than the staff. Had to wait for over 15 minutes while they reorganized when they should've been taking orders. It was friendly and clean though, I will say that. Maybe this was just an off day.
