Food was typical subway so it was ok. The service was awful. The guy really made me and my wife feel like we were inconveniencing him by ordering food. He was basically rude and unhelpful.

Worst subway ever been to they either need to fire the staff and start over or close it down and let someone that cares about their establishment take over because when I say never again that's an understatement

Just attempted to discuss our issue with the manager of this location (the fact that they took our money and refused to give us our sandwiches). We were very polite and never raised our voices and yet, the manager hung up on us. Classy place, lemme tell you.

If I could give zero stars I would. The employees here are completely worthless. I placed an order on the mobile app and paid, when arriving to the store they said their computer didn't print out the receipt so they couldn't make my order. We literally showed them the app showing my order was ready. My wife and I talked to the manager, corporate and not a single subway employee could help us. Im just out my money. Never in my life I been more disrespected by a company like this before. Completely worthless establishment. I Will never eat at bumway again.

First off, food is good as always, but they don't seem to know how to make a sandwich so it will close. I ordered today and when I went to eat, I unwrapped the sandwich and everything fell apart. This seems to always be the case

Had the same experience as Zane. Last June, had confirmation of the order as well as confirmation from PayPal, went into the store. Guy working the counter couldn't find the order. I had to ask that they call the manager and was told to "get a refund online". I've been trying to contact corporate, their Twitter accounts, Facebook, etc. for months to no avail. Also reached out the PayPal who refused to issue a refund. FINALLY had someone respond today on Twitter only to essentially shrug at me and say, "Nothing we can do, reach out to PayPal"... The same PayPal that won't give us our money back. Subway steals your money! 1 star is way too good for this place.

The guacamole, the server put on my wraps was so disgusting. It tasted very bad.I had to throw most of the wraps in the garbage.

The manager of this place is an absolute garbage human. Beyond rude. Fair warning, if you have ANY problems at all -- ESPECIALLY if it's THEIR fault -- prepare to be insulted, swindled, and possibly hung up on. Go to literally any other Subway in the world.
