Ate inside and service was a bit slow for 2pm. You get what you pay for. Clerk made no suggestions and gave me the stink eye when asked for senior discount. Asked if I needed to show id. No ill believe you this time. I may not go back after.that. will say food is hot temp. N good but person taking order needs to learn people skill's
I love the food here but the staff are zombies and the drive through takes way too long. This used to be a quick, accurate place.
**Update** They have upped their game. Much better service now.
We love going to Taco Bueno, we like their food better than Taco Bell. We use to have one closer to us, but it closed and was converted to another restaurant. Now have to travel a little farther to go here, so hope this place stays here. It never seems to be busy the times we come here.
Taco Bueno had a good selection of meals and food at a reasonable cost. My meal was fresh and served hot. The staff was friendly but they seemed severely understaffed and it took a while to order but the food came out reasonably fast.
the big boy burrito had all the ingredients evenly spread out to enjoy all in each bite. thank you. the lettuce was cool in temperature, the beef warm and not greasy.
Especially with coupons, not bad. Freshly made at lunchtime on a Thursday -- what more do you want out of fast food, Tex Mex? It's fine.
Taco Beuno is always a pretty good place. Nothing amazing but not bad for fast food Mexican. This one wasn't the best kept, but it wasn't dirty and the staff was professional.
Food was hot and delicious. I love taco bueno just wish they were closer to me. Restaurant was clean and the cashier was very professional and polite.
I love Taco Bueno. I work all around the KC area and i stop at every location multiple times, every time i am near one. It is the best food, it is as good or better than ANY mexican restaurant. In fact i have been to most mexican restaurants in KC, when there is no bueno around and rarely find food i would go back for. The only thing about a restaurant that might be better, is if you want a restaurant/waiter atmosphere. Also, Taco Bueno is always running specials, promotions, coupons, deals and you get some special on every receipt, so i almost always get something free or very cheap. Try the smothered beef bueno burrito, or the beef mucho nachos. It's awesome!
Wonderful staff! They were friendly and brought trays out to my family and I. The whole lotta platter indeed had a whole lot on it. Was very pleased.
