This is my go-to when I need a healthy meal to eat at work or on the road. When I walk in it always smells so good. The staff and owner are all very personable and knowledgeable about the food. (It honestly feels like visiting family) You can also eat your food there if you like, they have lots of southern windows, so even on cold days it’s nice and cozy.

The standout item that I had the pleasure of trying was the Blue Planet smoothie, a true feast for the senses. Made with fresh mango, creamy oat milk, hydrating coconut water, tangy lime juice, and Liina blue algae protein powder, this smoothie is a nutritional powerhouse, packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, creating a complex and satisfying flavor profile. To finish, the smoothie is topped with a splash of jalapeño-lime balsamic vinegar from The Tasteful Olive, adding a subtle kick of heat. This place, canihaveabite is incredible! The food is spectacular, all organic and truly delicious. I had the vegan lasagna and after I ate it, I realized I didn't miss the dripping cheese that is standard for regular lasagna. It had so much flavor and wonderful ingredients. The owner is so personable and just loves people and wants to keep people healthy. Her passion seems to be great customer service! I felt like she had become my friend in our brief exchange!! She is so down to earth and an excellent cook with her own unique recipes. I plan to visit this place very often. Stop by and eat great food in a great atmosphere where you will be treated like a member of the family!!

Wow! What an absolutely stunning meal. I had the island hopping bowl and a Lizzo lemon aid to drink. The food was prepared beautifully and with such obvious care. The flavors were complex and masterfully crafted. I will absolutely be back. I had the opportunity to meet the owner and she was helpful, thoughtful, engaged and obviously a brilliant chef. If only they had a location in Lee Summit… but I will absolutely drive to purchase meals from this restaurant again. Bravo! Thank you for my meal! ❤️❤️

I LOVE this place! It was a total life-saver for me! I’ve had chronic health issues and decided to do a very strict elimination diet to address these. I purchased all of my lunches from Canihaveabite and they custom tailored them to my needs. As things changed, they continued to make adjustments for me. Everything was delicious and since there is a variety, I never got tired of the meals. I’m feeling much better now and I love how everything is locally sourced from an organic farmer. For anyone trying to find organic, nutritious meals customized to their health needs, this is a must! (I’ve been a customer for 10 months and counting)
