Burger State

Visited here recently for a small takeout order after a few recommendations to try this place! I was definitely blown away by their food! I ordered one of their specials that was a big juicy burger with pineapple on it, a side of sweet potato fries, and I was in food heaven! The burger was still warm when I got it home and it both it and the fries were so dang delicious. Definitely one of the better burger places in the area! The gentleman that assisted us was very personable and made the visit better. I cannot wait to come back here and try more of their food as pretty much everything sounds or looks amazing! #supportlocal

In my first visit, the burger I ordered was so JUICY and DELICIOUS!! It was the special for that month and it had some sort of jalapeño pineapple jelly? Kind of like a sweet and spicy. I’m not sure, but I loved it. Fries were hot and crispy as well! Unfortunately I ate it so fast that I was unable to take a picture of it! 🫠 So I decided to visit for the second time and ended up taking my meal to go. I got the double burger and it wasn’t as delicious as the first burger I tasted, but it wasn’t bad either! Unfortunately my bottom bun got soggy from the pickles (granted, I did ask for extra) so it wasn’t AS enjoyable, but it was still pretty tasty and the fries were still crispy! One thing I wish was for the burger and fries to come as a meal instead of paying for each individually. So I wouldn’t eat here alll the time due to the price. BUT I do want to come at least once a month to try all of the new burgers! I got my order quickly and the young lady who took my order was sweet and patient. When I dined in the first time, the restaurant was completely empty! And the second time I went it was empty as well. I’m unsure if it ever gets busy, but this place was a nice gem I found! I’ll definitely be back 😋

I was craving a full juicy borger and they served that and more 😋 they had a Hawaiian burger that had just the right savory and sweet balance and the fries are just perfectly crisp

Had a MAD craving for a chili dog and this place didn't disappoint. The bread 🍞 was fresh, hot dog 🌭 was a great size, chili was tasty and the cheese 🧀 and onions 🌰 just set the whole thing off. We also ordered tator tots and they were nice and crispy. It was close to close and the quality of the food was still very good and enjoyable. The service was very nice. The lady at the front was pleasant, attentive and made sure to ask about condiments, utensils and napkins to round out our order. I definitely 👍 recommend this place and will be back for that chili dog and possibly taste a burger 🍔. Stay tuned!

First time eating here. The owner/manager was friendly. The place was very clean. The food wasn't bad at all but it wasn't so good that I will drive from Olathe just to eat there again. I wanted the tenderloin but they only serve it on Wednesday so I got the Chicken Parm sandwich. It was okay. The bottom bun was a little soggy. They probably need a sturdier bun for that sandwich like ciabatta. My husband got a double burger. The patties are thin and you can't control temp with thin patties like that. So it wasn't super juicy. If I lived nearby I would probably would try it again. The onion rings and tots are awesome! Overall, not a bad joint!
