During these turbulent times this business has followed all the required measures to ensure the public's safety! The facility was well kept and clean. Staff was friendly and the pizza was good. Only half the games were allowed to be operational, so we were extremely limited! No salad bar, but, I want surprised!

My family and I recently moved here from Washington. We were invited to our nephew's second birthday :) our son is only 1.5 so we like to get the boys together when we can. Anyway, the place is kind of small; and a few of the machines weren't working but there were no signs of broken machines. If you have toddlers, there isn't much to do. Where I'm from Chuck E Cheese was much friendlier towards children of all ages and had a dedicated toddler section. The only other issue is that we expected 5 kids in total so the party pack came with 4 game cards for the kids and a birthday wristband, great; well it was busy (Saturday) and people were hogging machines, and with the two babies; after 2 hours we decided it was time to go home. We tried to consolidate our "tokens" to 1 card instead of 4 and the lady at the counter straight up looked confused, and kept telling us she couldn't do that UNLESS we cashed in some of our tickets. So we cashed a few tickets and she apparently didn't understand what we were saying still. We ended up going to the employee that hosted our party and he did exactly what we wanted with no troubles. His name is Jose. He was wonderful throughout the entire party, explained everything, answered every question, made sure to check back in on us, and treated our birthday boy like he was special. Thanks, Jose! Honestly, we'll still go back, just disappointed in the size of the place and the lady behind the counter.

Good place to spend time with kids.. I like the way they stamp the hand to make sure to take care of the kids at the moment to leave.

Just had our sons 3rd birthday party here and it exceeded my expectations. Even though there were a couple of parties going on today they really went out of their way to make it a good experience. I haven’t been to a Chuck E Cheese in a long time, it was great. The kids really enjoyed themselves and the pizza was good! Even the adults had a blast. The staff was great and I really appreciated the manager speaking to me to let me know if we needed anything we could come to her, but we didn’t need to. Our server was amazing and kept us updated on the schedule. We had an awesome time.

I don't know what it is but the cheese pizza is amazing, can never go wrong!

Chuck E Cheese has stepped up their game from the age old memory from the 90's. Food is better than some grocery store comparables. We joined someone's birthday party. Staff seemed to be very helpful to the hosts. Free always boosts the personal experience, but we're actually thinking about going again the next time we want to play with the family. Consider giving it a try. Paying my the minute is significantly cheaper than by points, when considering the unlimited play.

Came for a birthday party and everything was great. Really helpful employees.

Kids had a blast. Pizza tastes better than previous visits. Ordered a chocolate chip cookie but was told they were too frozen to cook. We were refunded and given coupons. Customer service has gotten a lot better.

They were under staffed, but still did their best to make my niece's birthday a special event.

We went to a birthday party here today and had a blast. My husband and I were a little nervous bc our memories of Chuck E. Cheese are from the mid 90s when it was grubby and germy. To our surprise, this location is CLEAN as a whistle. Pizza was great (as always) and games/machines/tables were all tidy and surpassed our expectations. We even mentioned it’d be fun to come back on a rainy day to eat and play again. Never would have thought that! Good job Chuck E. Cheese of NKC!

My kids had a blast! There were a few hiccups but they were rectified immediately. I read very happy with what the kids got for the party and the price!

We waited about an hour for our pizza to arrive. The pizza itself was comparable to a little ceasers 5$ pizza and not worth the price. About 1/4 of the games were not working nor producing tickets. There was not enough staff present as well.

We had a ball there kids had a blast the food was good our waiter was on point. Very nice people that work.

We're were extremely happy with the entire experience. My granddaughter (the bday girl) was doted on and treated very well. Our waitress was attentive and I would highly recommend your Chuck E. Cheese.

Poorly run, no staff member old enough to sell alcohol. Pizza was not made with crust we ordered. Mediocre pizza. Kids had fun but it's really expensive for the junk prizes.

The staff was great! My kids loved all the games and of course dancing with Chuck. E Cheese.

Its fun for the kids the food and drinks are to pricey then you cant get enough tokens for the kids i like that you have a card now instead of tokens much better

Took over an hour to get our pizza and forgot the two sandwiches we ordered and that took another hour to get! Worst experience there ever!

I had my sons 5th birthday party there, it was super crowded, but I was able to get help with a manager through the sea of people. The staff was very helpful, my only complaint would be they really needed more people at the register so it was not taking 15 minutes in line to order food, get coins and so forth. Over all my son had a blast.

Horrible experience. Waited in a horribly long line. Food took forever, was wrong, got overcharged. took another 20 minutes for the wings to come out, they were wrong. Rude employees .Told the kid delivering the food thank you and he just walked away. Then they did not check our kids as we exited.

I take my grandkiddos once a week ....the staff is so sweet and very helpful....

Crowded, dirty, half the games were not functioning properly, more than half the tables were dirty and you could see staff behind the soda machines sitting on ground using their phones. Super disappointed.

Over an hour wait for pizza, paid $7.50 for an empty salad bar. Several games were not working. Definitely not the Chuck E Cheese I remember from years past. Hope this is my one and only visit!

We had a Birthday party my server was great but it really isn't that fun for your child when most of the rides weren't working and some games weren't either, and the ones that were weren't stocked with tickets. We received a few extra tokens but just ran into same issue. And nobody wants to spend their whole night looking for the game operators. Over all the staff was polite and friendly.

It was kind of hectic. The party hostess was overwhelmed because they were so understaffed on a Friday. You could see how exhausted they all were by the end of the night. My kids had tons of fun though, and the food was good. That is what counts.

We took our son for his first time and had excellent service, the staff were very polite and were very attentive to our needs. Our son had a blast, we will definitely be going back soon! Thank you for the great family fun!!!
