A HUGE shout out to Tatiana! Even though the restaurant was very short-staffed tonight, she provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service!! So friendly and quick! She kept her composure in a very unpleasant situation. Great job, Tatiana!! All of the employees were working sooo hard to complete orders in a timely manner!! When workers call off, or do not show up for their shifts, it puts a huge burden on the employees who DO report to work. I commend all the employees working so hard to take care of their valued customers!! I highly recommend this McDonald's location!! 😃

I don't get out and about much, so this was a treat for me. My sister bought me lunch. It was so great to spend time with her. They had changed the design since I was last visited this McDonald. It's nice and bright. The young lady was very nice and patient. My food hit the spot.

Good food, most of the time...which can be annoying, since you either have to pull forward and wait for almost everthing I order, or I have to wait for "cold fries". This is totally unexceptionable, since fries cost almost $5, and at that price, and still having to wait after the order...they should be HOT!

Excellent meal and service each and every time! They go the extra mile when needed to do so! Always friendly and clean whether visiting the drive thru or inside facilities! Never had a wrong order, never! You won't be disappointed!

There is a girl at the window named Holly. She makes me feel like I’ve arrived at a five star restaurant even though I’m only purchasing a small cup of coffee. Her smile is contagious. It was a great way for me to start my day.

Great staff very friendly. The only problem is I have is the prices get higher every time. The 2 cheeseburger meal was 8.03 it would then go up 2 or 3 cents 6 or 7 times. Hate to break it to you but the food isn't that good. Your not a gourmet burger joint your fu×king Mcdonald's. If the price increases continue I'll have no choice but to stop coming to McDonald's all together.

Gave me a happy meal with 2 empty frie boxes when I went in to show the manager he told me to get out! So I said fine give me my money back and he refused to do so then flung the happy meal on the floor. Then just for good measure called me a baboon!!!!! Customer service and basic people skills are very lacking at this place! Don't waist your time or money at this location unless you like being treated like the lowest of the low for just trying to get what you paid for.

My husband went inside and stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes, even saying, "excuse me" to get help to buy food from here. He was glared at and ignored. He was very upset. This is NOT the way to treat customers.

This place is horrible when it comes to customer service. I went inside and ordered to go. I sat and waited 10-15 minutes for my food. They finally gave it to me and it was wrong, then they said "you will have to wait if you want a fresh one" Needless to say I walked out. Another guy walked out after waiting about 20 minutes for his mocha latte, that he never ended up getting.

Visited your restaurant since the revamp its so cold it's not worth eating in also trying to get the right order and for it to be hot is impossible definitely gone down hill since the revamp very disappointing.
