Love their food. My husband pointed out that no matter which one you eat at the food is consistent with all the other ones. Our favorite fast food go to.
Great service, good employees to recommend something you might like for haven't being here before. Reminds me of a Quiznos operation but Firehouse much better. Food is excellent. I had smokehouse beef and cheddar with chili.
Clean and fast service. It’s my go to place for food at Ward Parkway. Staff tries to maintain the place as clean as they can but some customers don’t clean up after themselves. No restroom in this place. It shares a common restroom with the other stores in the mall. It’s a bit of a walk so it’s either use the restroom before or after if you are to eat here alone.
I had the pleasure of working with Nathan. He masterfully handled a catering disaster I had with another restaurant. He was very professional and accommodating with our order for 55, working quickly to get everything ready for us. I will definitely order again and again for our future Burns and McDonnell lunches!

Had a wonderful time! My friends and I grabbed a bite to eat a few days ago. Not only were the staff kind but very helpful. I had never been to a firehouse location before this. The food was amazing and you could tell the staff treated each other like family. We will definitely be going back again!
The employees at this location are absolutely amazing! The sandwich making skills are in my opinion better than Subways. Whenever I am unsure of what sandwich I want, I ask Michael (Mikey). Especially, since he is always coming up with new ideas and mixing ingredients they have for sandwiches. There is also another employee there who goes by the name Kat and she has awesome customer service skills as well. Both Kat and Michael always make me feel welcomed when I come in. However, overall I enjoy eating at firehouse. The employees here definitely make you feel like family. If infinite stars were a choice they would get infinite amount of stars from me, thats for sure! THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS MAKING MY EXPERIENCES GREAT!

Always good. Lots of variety on the menu and a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine so you can also pick any drink you want. Quick, service is nice, and always clean. Good job Firehouse subs!

Food was delicious. The establishment was clean and Austin, guy who helped us with great service; was picking up, cleaning tables in between people coming in. I would recommend this location.
The Cuban BBQ sandwich was awesome!

Don't believe some of the bad reviews, some people are just not happy with anything and instead of telling the restaurant about their problem they just give them a bad review without resolution.
The restaurant and bathroom was very clean and they were very quick getting my order!
