I am so grateful for the consistency here! Always great food, never cold, and fast--I wish the Excelsior Springs location could be as good as this one so I didn't have to drive 40 mins round trip for tacos.

Went through the drive thru and they made a mistake on my order. I didn't know until I got home. The order was right on the screen and Conrad the drive thru order taker read it back me so it wasn't his mistake. I called the store and spoke to Kayla. She apologized and said to come back in and she'd make it right. I told her I won't come back in today. It was Saturday and liberty was very busy with traffic and I didn't want to go back out. She said come back in within 7 days with receipt and we will take care of it. She was true to her words. I brought the receipt in and she promptly corrected the situation. That's true customer service. Thank you Kayla!!!! Now the food was fresh and tasty. Had taco supremes and 5 layer bean burritos!!! Mouthwatering. We will be back.

I just had the best experience in the drive through ! The lady( Jackie) on the speaker is so kind and attentive, patiently waiting for me to communicate with my son in the car and also asked me if I needed any sauce. I felt good to be not rushed in this full of fast pace life . Thank you 🙏🏻

I've visited this location a number of times and every time the service is great. The food is always hot, and the line moves quickly in the drive through. I stopped through to get tacos for the Chief's game and had the pleasure of being served by Jalil. He is a very pleasant young man and does a great job. It's nice to be greated with a smile!

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The managers are so courteous, patient and polite. They are always busy doing things that most restaurants bosses make their employees . They don't mind getting their hands dirty especially during happy hour... Love this one better than the one on 291. I'm a repeat customer. Food is always yummy and hot.
