I have to give this place props on how nice and professional the staff is! I previously visited this location and at one point a regular (I presume) walked in and everyone greeted him kindly. Today the individual who took my order was very kind, helpful, and efficient. I’m a fan of the Spicy Cajun Chicken sandwich (pretty good heat to it!). As I ate, I was able to observe staff helping each other and good teamwork. It’s also a good place for a quick bite that’s quiet (low volume music) and clean as well.
Love coming here for a quick bite. Convenient location, great customer service .. I’ll definitely come back here.

Food wasn't that good at this location. One in Liberty Missouri is better. We love firehouse subs. Always try to find one when we travel.

Love the subs. Smokehouse brisket and cheddar is delicious. The meatball is pretty good, too. My wife likes the steak and cheese. I wish they would bring back the prime rib because it was just amazing. Also, I really enjoy the brownies. I always expect a line here, so if you're in a hurry that might be a factor. But if you've got the time, these subs are about as good as it gets.
There's enough parking, but no dedicated motorcycle parking. The rest room was clean. This is a Coke place, not a Pepsi place.
Best subs in the area! Pepperoni Meatball is awesome. People are friendly and personable. Great lunch spot.
The food here is generally good - there is more variety than subway and it's nice to have the option of getting soups with a sandwich and/or a salad. The subs are spicier and it's more expensive than a subway. The chili not so great and would be great if they had fruit or other sides. Still not a bad place to get lunch.

The staff were surprisingly friendly, and they actually have gluten free options! The people that work at a place like this make or break how good it is and how fast/accurate your food is.
Great hot subs, fresh as it gets. The soup is real good. One time out of many did they mess up a sandwich. The manager was shaking her head. Gave me a coupon for next time. And remade the sandwich. This is why I check the bags always.
