I went to Kobe for dinner last night. I generally go here for sushi only. I've found that I have a much better customer service experience when I sit at the sushi bar, rather than a booth or table in the main restaurant. The sushi chef, whose nametag says "Bob Wasabi" (how much do you love that), always has a great smile and is very attentive. He always wants to make sure you're having a good time. I had the KC Roll (shrimp tempura with crab on top) and the Creamy California Roll, which has their own special hot sauce on top that adds a nice kick. We also had the edamame and steamed shrimp dumplings. Everything was great. The only thing that would make it better is if they had more than one street parking area...but you can't have everything you want.

Man this place is great,,, just the price is up there for the buffet but well worth it. You can even try the grill,,,, the chicken is the best.
