The vegetarian combo platter is excellent! The plantains have great flavor! The service hear is great, very fast and efficient. The interior of the restaurant has a rad design, just a cool place. It's definitely worth checking out, the best Ethiopian food in Kansas City for sure.
The food is AMAZING and very authentic!. I am from the Caribbean island of Saint Kitts and my husband (American) brought me here as a surprise in hopes that he could help with my homesickness. Long story short, he hit the nail on the head when he chose this place and we have been faithful customers

The food is very filling & nourishing as well, doesn't make me have that heavy, groggy feeling I get af
This was my first at Ethiopian cuisine, although I heard that there’s no such restaurant that they claim to be authentic ethiopian from a friend who was from Ethiopia 🇪🇹. Nevertheless, gave it a try, food was spicy and good, tempura plantain was sweet and good. Liked this chicken sandwich, salad was
I mean...where do I begin with this place! It doesn't matter if you are trying the house salad, the curry goat, the jerk chicken, the curry shrimp, the MANGO LEMONADE, the cabbage, the plantains, the jerk salmon, the sambussas, the lamb, the injera and did I say the MANGO LEMONADE...you get what I'm
