Pizza and sub was very good. Italian sausage has great flavor! Would've been 5 stars but the Side Salad had no dressing or utensils to eat it with. Pizza slices are huge! The cost is fantastic for what you get! Definitely would order again if in town! This was a DoorDash order.
Beautiful outdoor spot for a large slice that takes up most of your plate. The pizza was delicious and just the right amount for me. The beer was the correct temperature. Nothing too special, but done well without unnecessary flare.... Which, I guess, IS something special. Stop by to eat and chat or read a good book. I highly recommend.
Super super good pizza! Nice location too! The outdoor seating was spacious and breezy, the staff friendly and attentive! Will definitely visit again!

My son and I visited this restaurant yesterday and I was blown away by their customer service, quality of food, value for the money, attentiveness and sincere attention to detail. Selby is an absolute gem 💎. I mean it, she was bright, cheery and helpful. Her beautiful spirit just envelops you as soon as you walk in the door 🚪. She knows the menu inside and out and made great suggestions that took the meal over the top for me. My son and I got a cheese pizza slice with sundried tomatoes, spinach, onions 🌰, jalapeños and cream cheese 🧀 and a pepperoni slice. I also got a side salad 🥗. It was heavenly. The food was so good I began to devour it before I could even get a picture. Sorry about that y'all. The crust is thin so you really get to enjoy the toppings. The slices are HUGE. They cut it for you so you can easily pick it up and enjoy. I highly recommend this spot not only for the bomb a#$ pizza (easily one of the best in town) but for the superb customer service and experience they provide. When you pay them a visit tell Selby I said "hey girl hey" and make sure to tip her - she deserves it. Run don't walk for some of the best pizza ever. You're welcome!!!!
This is one of the coolest pizza places around. It is hard to pick out just one thing to discuss. The service was excellent and I received great recommendations from the cashier. She discussed the specials and answered all my questions. The price was fair.
The pizza was delicious. When she showed. Me the sizes of a slice, I did not realize they also cut it into smaller pieces which was perfect. I was worried about how to hold the pizza due to its size and I was able to share the smaller pieces with my son.
The toppings and portion sizes was excellent. I highly recommend this place for anyone in Kansas City in general and it's location to UMKC makes it a great location for the campus as a whole.

I truely believe that they should have MORE than 5 stars but i digress. I personally prefer making everything from the dough to the sauce from scratch and this not only taste homemade but it taste BETTER than homemade!!(if that was a thing). Every time you take a bite, you not only get the same flavor from the original bite but every bite you take takes you on a journey of different flavors. I could go on and on about the pizza but the other thing you should come here for is the employees/atmosphere. The employees (and owner) will treat you like family as if you’re coming into your own mothers kitchen. Where you get love, conversation, and good food!!! I have plenty more i can say but I not only suggest but URGE you to come try them out today. Ask for the owner because not only is he a wonderful family man and working hard to provide for them but he’ll treat you like he’s your brother or sister. It’s definitely worth a shot. I come from Overland Park Kansas just for the good food and good conversation as well as the family atmosphere. You won’t be disappointed!!!
First time trying this place tonight. Got a cheese pizza and some extra marinara for carry out for myself and a few friends. It's a cool little building near the UMKC campus, possibly an old gas station or bank? Anyway, staff were great, whole group agreed that pizza and sauce were both fantastic, especially for the price I paid!
Went here tonight and will definitely be going back!!! HUGE slices!!! My son loved it and said more than one time how good it was!! The patio was enjoyable, there is also indoor seating but we were looking to social distance...This time we just got slices...NEXT time I'm going full pie!! Definitely recommend if you want some good pizza that is also very reasonably priced!!
This place came highly recommended to me by a friend, and I was not let down. One of the major selling points was that it started as and had remained a locally owned business. If you order pizza here, be prepared to grub, because the portions are not small. I ordered a slice and s box couldn't contain it. The pizza style is more on the NY style mixed with a little Cali love. The sauce is lite as well as the cheese, do if you want it cheesy, make sure to tell them. This is one of my new favorite pizza joints in Kansas City
Our families, favorite pizza by far. Calzones are also really good here but make sure to save room for a house salad with their “Green“ dressing.
