Ordered the Hot Pastrami after finding this place looking specifically for a good pastrami sandwich. I HIT THE JACKPOT HERE. Every layer of my sandwich was a delightful mouth-watering treat. It was so juicy, crispy, tangy, and curbed my craving so quickly that I almost ordered a second sandwich after I finished my first. In town for the weekend and seriously considering coming back for dinner just to try another sandwich.
On top of the yummy food, the staff were friendly, personable, and fun to match the cool atmosphere of the dining area. 11/10 would recommend.

I knew this place was going to be special before I walked in and tasted their sandwiches. I had the bandit sandwich and to tell you the truth... I could of ate 2 sandwiches they were so delicious. They have a good thing going at that Bay Boy Specialty Sandwiches. I will be back with friends and I hope more of KC finds and tries what a great sandwich truly is...🧡

Finally! Haven’t had a Dutch Crunch since living in Mountain View and frequenting Roger’s Deli. Now, this is no RD but the Dutch crunch is done right and the sandwich is loaded. The only reason I probably won’t come back is the parking. I suggest bringing a friend to run out of the car and to the pickup window since there’s no legal parking around. That’s not filled of course.

My sandwich was amazing. I had a salmon sandwich with a dill cream cheese sauce that was fabulous! I was disappointed that they ran out of lobster rolls but my sandwich was worth the wait in line. There is a reason this place is ranked #1 sandwich shop in Kansas City. It is so good. The pastrami sandwich and the BLAT are also amazing. Love the new seating area also.

One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had in a place with positive vibes and personal service. The bread is amazing! The guy behind the counter (was it the owner?) brought our sandwiches out to where we were sitting in the restaurant. It was our first time to try Bay Boy but we will definitely be back!

Well well well. These folks know their way around a sandwich. The Nebraskan was amazing - one of the best Reubens I've had - and the jammin turkey club was excellent as well. Their menu descriptions will amuse you, but the special twists on so many of their sandwiches are so intriguing, I wanted to try everything. Parking was a bit difficult, but that's my only complaint.
Harley's Hideaway Bar & Grill
Great food and staff. I would highlight the bread for the sandwiches. Amazing taste. I tried the cuban and my wife had the gobbler, plus had an assortment of cookies. It's kind of tucked off the main street and is a hidden neighborhood gem. Definitely give them a try!

If you have never had bay boy specialty sandwiches then you are definitely missing out! The Dutch crunch is amazing and if you are from California like me then you have missed this bread. I have not yet had a sandwich there that I did not like, the gobbler is great, the Cuban is great, the hot pastrami is great and my favorite is the Crown town club. And their cloudy day cookies are amazing. I would eat these everyday if I could.

This is my favorite sandwich shop in Country Club Plaza area. The owner (Jake) was very friendly and courteous! He took time to go over different type of sandwiches with us and explained in details about the ingredients and meats in the sandwiches we wanted to order. We all finished our sandwiches and they were super yummy and delicious! Jake told us they make their bread fresh every morning! Highly recommend trying this place.

Did not realize that this place did not have a sit down area during our visit, however staff were extremely friendly and let us know about some outdoor seating. We waited about 10 extra minutes for fresh bread which was totally worth it. I would be a frequent flyer if I lived in Kansas City. I love what I had but wanted to try at least 4 other sandwiches.
