My class and I were on a field trip and the company we were touring suggested this place. This is one of those hidden restaurants that turn out to be the best place you've ever been. There's nothing really on the outside that draws you in but the food and the workers there are phenomenal. If you like Italian and subs, this is it. I highly recommend the muffaletta! Ten out of ten, would eat there again.
I have been eating here since 2005. I have never had a bad meal and the lasagna is to die for. The Executive Park sandwich is the bomb
Stopped here for lunch the other day. Definitely would have not gone here on my own, but a friend recommended it. Glad I stopped by. Had a great sandwich with side of meatballs. The meatballs were great in the sweet marinara sauce. Also got cookies. The cookies are soft and fresh. Give it a try if you are in the area. Also the line was out the door around noon, but staff kept it moving.
If you've never been to Johnny C's is a must try! I have been eating here for 20+ years and never dissatisfied. Friendly, fast-paced staff is ready to fill you up for lunch. Get the Wednesday special lasagna, best ever.
Excellent Italian deli with a good menu. We took home salad dressing, meat sauce for home later.
We had a couple of places we could get sauce where we moved from, and it's nice to get some to make a meal with or add to a leftover dish.
Their meat sauce is very tasty, and plenty of tasy sausage.

This place is great! Highly recommended for a quick bite to eat. Went with a work buddy, I got the chicken parmesan sandwich, and it came on fresh home made bread that was to die for, and my buddy got the special, lasagna said it was top notch! It gets busy during lunch but moves quickly. It's definitely worth a stop if in the area 🇮🇹

I just may have found one of my new favorite delis in KC. Everything about this place was impressive. Located behind the QT on front street in an unassuming strip mall. This place was wonderful from the atmosphere to service to the food itself. As a service industry veteran, I could tell this place operated like a well-oiled machine, and that's impressive. I ordered the meatball sub, which was served with OG lays, and I added a snickerdoodle cookie to my order. The sandwich was great, the cookie was divine. One of the best cookies I've had in my life. I will absolutely be returning here time and time again to try many menu items.. good luck picking what to order first.
Wonderful atmosphere and great food. Felt like an East coast city deli here in the heartland. Food was great, service was quick. Only complaint would be the standing room while waiting for food.
This is a staple in the community, and it's my go-to spot when I have customers or coworkers to take out for lunch. It gets very busy a little before noon, but they do a great job handling the rush.
If you're lucky, you'll show up when they have fresh baked cookies cooling on the counter. They're very hard to turn down !
