I love it here. The food is always amazing and the service is great. I love how they keep positive vibes always with this place and so much of the food is gluten free. Also there are some vegan options as well so it’s very robust. I give this place and the owner 5 stars. It’s worth at least trying once with friends.

Great new find in KC for clean tasty food! Delicious and healthy! Excellent friendly service as well. Must have driven past 100 times and thought it was boutique. Glad we stopped to check it out. Will be a favorite spot for us after workouts. Sunbutter balls are a must try!

I love grabbing a quick bite and a fresh pressed juice. I really like the primal bowl and the Alive and alert juice. My husband loves the Brainberry. I like that I can find healthy, tasty allergen free options. Staff is friendly and the food almost always comes out quickly.

I ate here almost daily for a summer when I interned in Kansas City. They really expanded my palate and helped introduce me to the idea that healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring eating. It has been a while, but they are owed this 5 star review as their food lives rent free in my mind lol. When my family would come visit from NC, I’d take them all here. They’d come in as skeptics and leave as fans just like me!

Great, truly healthy, food. Since the food proportions might be slightly less filling them other places, you can always ask for a extra eggs in it. There's nothing like clean, fresh food cooked quickly. Love it here.

Very filling! I love all the bowls, and the salads sometimes too. If you need a little extra to top you off, just get a protein ball. Good prices! Very clean, and staff is friendly.

Good food! Very good customer service. First order was goofed, was offered an item as apology. Order was corrected quickly by staff, very happy with results. Friendly servers. Would recommend for a quick, healthy meal!

All the food options are healthy. Staff are helpful and friendly. This and the t.loft by the Country Club Plaza are my go to lunch/dinner options in KC. I usually get the Presidente bowl (ask them to throw some cayenne in there). Can't eat unhealthy if there's nothing unhealthy on the menu! Plus, yoga pants, yoga pants everywhere
