Joseph, the assistant manager was very helpful! Excellent food. The basil pesto hummus was fluffy and flavorful. The salmon kabobs were perfectly cooked. The patio was wonderful. Will be back again soon!

As always: Friendly staff; very yummy food. Had chicken salad sandwich & lentil soup.
Being able to order online and pick up curbside is fantastic! I didn't rate cleanliness because I didn't go inside, but order was packaged and presented in a very clean and professional manner. This was my first time to purchase from Zoes, and I will definitely do so again. Will also recommend to others. Terrific quality and service.
Highly Recommend for 3 Key Reasons:
1. My wife and I have many diet restrictions (not by choice) that makes eating out stressful. Zoës Kitchen’s menu is FULL of options that worked for both of us! And the food was amazing!
2. If you want to eat a delicious, filling meal but walk out with energy, feeling great (as opposed to “rolling” out and feeling like it’s time to go lay down) you definitely should eat here! Food was filling, flavorful, and my wife and I feel great!
3. The space and service are wonderful. Relaxing, helpful, clean, and cool (on an extremely hot day), and such a FUN location in the plaza.

We really like all the food from this restaurant especially salmon kabob! My youngest has a lemon cookie and it was delicious. Friendly cashiers and staff. Yesterday was a little unorganized due to tons of catering orders before the store was opened. We waited for a long time for our meals. I gave a Four stars instead of five because we waited more than 15 min and when I went to the staff I found out that the cashier didn’t print out our ticket for the back kitchen. I’m glad I did talk to them to find out what happened to our food. Otherwise we would probably had to wait longer than 15 min. Lastly, if you buy the largest drink, you should keep the drink container. We found out that by bringing the drink container you just need to pay the refill fee for any drinks (I’m not sure if lemonade is included).
The lady who I think is the manager is WONDERFUL! She completely changed our mood with her beautiful smile, warm personality and greeting. We live WAY out of the city and the trying to find parking on a Saturday on the Plaza can put you in a funk, but the service we received and the hospitality she gave will bring us back! I should have gotten her name, but with 3 kids I completely spaced.
Also THANK YOU for having gluten free food. I was able to eat and enjoy my time with my family without fear and pain! And another thank you for the meat free options!! We can never seem to find places that are gluten free and have multiple meat free options!

Great, friendly service. Delicious "fast" food. The grilled potato salad and braised white beans are delicious. Main courses are hearty but not overwhelming. Bonus points for reusable dishes and cutlery for dine-in. The dining room is clean and efficient.
Really great food and service! They have a really nice patio, that you can sit out on in the spring and summer and enjoy some fresh great tasting Mediterranean style dishes. I had their lamb wrap and it was very delicious! Their chicken orzo soup is also fantastic. The people who work here are very friendly and helpful and they have a great online service where you can make your order online and pick it up at anytime that you choose. I usually do online ordering with them when I'm at work, I can just then go for my lunch break and pick it up and they have it waiting and ready for you and my food was still nice and warm! Great place to visit for a nutritious filling lunch meal.
Visited several Zoe's locations in my travels, but this is by far the best overall experience at any location I've ever had. Wonderful cashier, clean environment, and of course amazing food. Tucked away on the plaza it's in a quiet location with a beautiful patio. Best fast casual food on the plaza with healthy options for everyone.
1st time there. The baked falafel is really good! The staff was exceptionally nice & helpful when trying to decide what to order. The cauliflower rice was a plus! My friend enjoyed their had squeezed limeade. Prices are reasonable especially for Zoes being on the plaza. We had 2 bowls, one was a complimentary delightful surprise! They serve enough that we able to take home some for lunch the next day! I highly reccomend them for a pleasant dining experience. Thank you all that work, & manage Zoes! Very clean restroom also with seat covers.
Delicious! The place is a little pricier than an average faster food restaurant, but it is unique and the food is great! They serve Mediterranean food. I had a form of ravioli which was AMAZING and my friend had the cauliflower rice brown with tziki (spelling...?) and baked falafel. We both loved our meals and I’ve heard the hummus trio is great too so next time I am going to get that as well.
I highly recommend these guys. The food is fresh and presented quite well. The employees are super friendly and engaged. You get great value especially when you consider that you are dining in probably the most upscale area of Kansas City. I can’t wait to go back.
OMG! This place is one of the best geek restaurants I have been to. The food is great and very tasty and on the cheaper side for the plaza. The staff provided service that I haven't been able to find yet in the city.
Will most definitely be back, and highly recommend to my friends!!!
