I go there to study frequently and I really enjoy it. There are times during the day where people are talking or meeting with others. That doesn’t bother my studying but I know it can for others. Everyone there is so friendly. One of my favorite parts is being able to get pumpkin spice coffee out of season. It’s a good place to checkout!

I usually visits here because of their cinnamon rolls but the at atmosphere of this place makes it worthwhile! It is an open area to study or just chill with friends or solo. Good customer service, I enjoy going here regularly for sweets and just to hang out.

This was my first visit to Higher Grounds. I'm not a coffee drinker but there are other drink options to satisfy my carbonated tastes. 😉. We chose that image because my friend enjoys coffee and thought the name was interesting, as far as I know. W had a great visit in a comfortable environment without the distractions you might find in some other establishments. They had to close early due to an event with other tenants but the drinks and service were fine so I would revisit this place.

So, I found this place on Google maps on my way through KC. When i pulled up and saw that it was nestled between a church and a Christian bookstore I was hesitant, but really needed a caffeine boost. What the heck, I was already there. I was greeted my friendly staff who expertly prepared my iced latte. Seriously the best I've ever had. I have saved this joint for the next time I'm going through town. So good, I'm thinking Jesus is blessing the beans in the backroom.

This restaurant is a good place to meet with friends or have one-on-one business meetings like job interviews. There is a selection of coffee, tea, and bottled water and juice. They also have some fresh fruits, muffins, cookies. It is a pleasant place to visit!

Love this coffee shop. Coffee tastes great (I love their caramel macchiato!) and is a great place for studying. Plus I always feel super safe there, since there are a few shady areas around here.

Inviting atmosphere, wide selection of coffee shop standards like espresso drinks, cold brew coffee, and chai, they also have good food at reasonable prices- I enjoyed the chicken salad sandwich. Free Wi-Fi and friendly staff. They even feature locally roasted coffee from Oddly Correct!

Really nice little local coffee shop. I say little, but this place is actually huge inside! With friendly staff, and a light food menu it has just what a coffee shop needs. I did notice they don't seem to have their own WiFi, but rather utilize surrounding public WiFi which works just fine. All in all, I would recommend checking it out.

I was visiting from out of town and decided to try Higher Grounds out. Good coffee and so many smiling faces... I was pleasantly surprised. :) It has a wonderful community atmosphere and is a place I would love to come back to!

This is a nice place for group bible studies or reading alone. Quiet conversations are hard here because the setting is quite open and echoey. Probably not a place I'd study
