Beer selection is unmatched. Outdoor patio is covered. Dog friendly. Chicken tacos and mustard Brussels sprouts- 10/10. Jenny served us and she was attentive and her DJ skills are fire. Chill vibes and a great place for groups. Will absolutely be back!!!

This is a neighborhood gem during the time of Covid. Tucked between Waldo and Brookside, Bier Station is consistently rated as one of the top destinations for beer enthusiasts in the region. It offers a spacious, expanded patio that is breezy and shaded. The nachos were fresh and vibrant.

Had never been here before this week but would definitely visit again! The bartenders were very knowledgeable, grear sour selection, the music was right up my alley, and the manager/owner (I'm not positive which) bought a fair well beer as it was a going away party for me. Glad to have stopped in here before venturing to Portland

Incredible and ever changing beer selection. The atmosphere is modern (but still cozy) with plenty of outdoor seating options. Staff and owner are warm and always welcoming. One of the things we miss most about our old neighborhood is no longer being able to walk here for a few beers and a board game!

Bier Station is one of my absolute favorite bars. Their selection of draft beer, canned beer, seltzers, and mixed drinks is amazing! On top of that, the food is outstanding (I highly recommend the pretzels and tacos). We reserved the upstairs room for a large birthday party and had a blast! John and his staff are accommodating, kind, and passionate about what they do. Can't wait to enjoy the patio this summer.

I have enjoyed Bier Station since they first opened. Great selection of beers and cool atmosphere. Food is just fine for my liking and they continue to grow their space and options. I appreciate that they support local charities and really loved my free first pour on Mother's Day this year.

Love this place! The staff are always super friendly and helpful! The patio set up is awesome. They have a great selection of good beers here (obviously), and the food is amazing too. The Bavarian pretzel, chicken wings, and hot chicken sandwich are a few of my favorites. The tots are also amazing! 10/10

Brier Station is great. I feel safe eating at their outdoor pop-ups as the tables are well spaced from each other. They are strong community partners, but for people that don't care about that... The food is great, the staff is super friendly, and the beer selection is top notch. I love living in a this neighborhood and being so close to this really fun beer bar.

This awesome neighborhood bar just keeps getting better and better. They have a great selection of beer on tap and available in coolers. Wonderful food and a cool atmosphere. The outdoor seating is nice for the good KC weather and they have overflow upstairs if you want to find a table. On snowy days we would walk over with neighbors to gather upstairs for some beer and a game or two.

Fantastic beer selection that constantly rotates. You could go there every week and drink plenty of different beer every time. Easily the best place in the area for beer, probably one of the best in the state(a).
Food is also excellent (hot chicken sandwich!), And they added wine and cocktails in case you don't want one of the best beer selections around.

Everyone knows that the beer selection is the most interesting and eclectic in town. But the food!! My wife and I both agree that the Bier Station has quietly upgraded its menu offerings and is now one of the best lunch locations around. The Cubano sandwich with a side of roasted butternut squash equals the best offerings anywhere. A couple of days ago, we had the Cubano/squash pairing with a German doppel bock and apple rings for desert and it was perfect. Don't overlook the food, people!

Interesting place...great beer selection. They don’t have wait staff....grab a table and hit the bartender for a draft or a bottle from their beer coolers. You can bottles to take home or they will pour it for you there. Prices are reasonable

This is our favorite hang out place! We love the community feel, a place that welcomes families with kiddos. The beer is always awesome and the food great! The owner John is super friendly, and knows his regulars. Total bonus that Bier Station is active in the community and raising money for great causes!

Good food, pleasant staff, and the best selection of cider, beer, and ale you could ask for. I like the chance to sample new flavors. On top of that, the Bier Station is trying to be a neighborhood gathering spot with poetry readings, trivia games, sports, meetings to talk with the police about neighborhood security. Top that off with a deck, and wow!

We went here for my fiance's birthday to try something new. We liked the idea of being able to try multiple beers without having to buy a full beer, they sell beers in as little as 4 ounce servings for pretty reasonable prices. We ate dinner here as well. We ordered the disco fries which were awesome. My fiance got the Cubano sandwich with fries, he loved it. I ordered the KC Carolina sandwich with fries, fantastic. They also have music trivia on Mondays. We enjoyed the trivia but we thought it was pretty difficult, while we appreciated the vast array of genres we just didn't have the detailed knowledge required to do well. So if you're looking for a good beer and great food, and a challenging trivia game, this is the place to go! Also, the staff are super kind and helpful. Everyone was friendly and welcoming :) we hope to get some music gurus together and go back to play again!

Hosted a Meetup event here as one of our members knew the owner, Chris. We came in on a Thursday night to find the place packed! We snagged a table after a few minutes of standing around in a circle. The outdoor patio (Biergarten?) was a great place to enjoy the spring weather. On my way out, I grabbed a pack of beers to enjoy at a later time. Can't wait to try the food next time!
