Surprised I've not reviewed Carmen's sooner, my family goes here often for celebrations. Carmen's does a great job of putting up with all of us! All about the Spedieni. Capital S. It deserves to be a proper noun it is so good. Tender and juicy, it is like heaven...if heaven were rubbed with garlic and butter and breaded. Choose the sauce of your choice...I have had them all and you cannot go wrong. Simple = Carmela. Briney = Beatriz.
