Very tasty frozen custard and concrete. The option to create your own concrete is nice. Prices are within an acceptable range. Service is a bit surly but they make your food fast.

We loved the service and quality of the frozen custard. Had a variety of sundaes and dishes which were also fantastic. If you in the area for WWI museum or Union Station, be sure to stop by for a wonderful treat. Plenty of seating in the mall area. Perfect for families.

This place was amazing. This was the PERFECT place to cheat on my diet. The ice cream was amazing and the store was clean. I feel the calories I ate here should stay there though. It is located inside a shopping mall and this store will validate your parking as well. Also they have an amazing soda fountain as well.

I love the "Dirt and Worms" Concrete, and order it every time I come by. It is most certainly real bonafide dairy (so if you're lactose intolerant, make sure you have Lactaid on hand before indulging), and it tastes very good.
The service here is hit or miss. I wasn't impressed with the service I got this most recent visit, the cashier seemed almost dismissive but maybe I'll just chalk it up to him not having a great day.
Unfortunately, this most recent visit, they seemed to have skimped with the gummy worm topping amount (I got a lot more gummy worms on top on my previous visit), which was slightly disappointing.
I'm thinking the quality of service might have something to do with the busyness of Crown Center as a whole; it was a zoo yesterday when I went but my previous visits were off-peak days and hours. I'd probably suggest going when it's not so overwhelmingly busy.

what an amazing ice cream we had here. The quality and quantity of the ice cream is amazing. I felt it's a bit expensive but definitely worth it. I would come back here and try more.

jus left there with a peanut butter chocolate brownie concrete...not sure if it's cause it was served to me with a sincere smile..or if it was cause the lady who took my order was so sweet despite the incredibly long line...but it was the best concrete i have had so far!
