Review Broadway Cafe - Kansas City

If you’re ever in the Westport area, you have to check out this super cute coffee shop! We stopped in here on our way to a thrift store the area. We each got a drink and treat - both were super tasty! I couldn’t decide between two flavors for my latte and the sever suggested using both. Genius idea, probably one of the tastiest lattes I’ve had in awhile. The shop itself it pretty small with limited seating but they do have an outside sitting area. Happy we stopped in so I have an official coffee shop every time I’m going to the Westport area!

This coffee shop is located in the Westport area of Kansas City and is within walking distance of several local shops, tasty restaurants, and fun bars. The Broadway Café is another spacious spot in Kansas City to work remote because there is plenty of seating. There are even a few tables outside of the coffeeshop to sit at on a warm, sunny day. Although they don't offer a full breakfast menu, there are some pastry items and yogurt parfaits. The place was clean and the staff was friendly!

I found this place on a business trip. I fell absolutely in love with their coffee. They make it just how I like it. Very cozy atmosphere with a friendly staff. I’ll be here every day until I leave! Don’t skip out on this place.

The best coffee in town. Great ownership and baristas. This place is on my auto pilot. My daughter always goes for the fresh baked pumpkin bread.

This place has the best coffee hands down. Freshly made in front of you. With friendly service and great atmosphere. Inside or out. That's right they have a setting place outside with tables. I'm there at least 2 or more times a week.

A pleasant little spot in Kansas City. I got a plain latte and a vanilla latte, both were delicious. The espresso really was the star of the cup. Exceptional overall, I would highly recommend.

The Mexican spice latte was lovely. Nice environment, competitive prices for a local coffee place.

Stopped in while waiting in line for breakfast at DBC. Coffee was good and hot. Line moved quick. Nice SD and mask enforcement. Heaters for those in line in the cold. Service was fast a d friendly. Reccomend this place. Hopefully shop will be fully open next time I'm in KC.

Good cafe mocha. Drinks and desserts are delicious here. Really wish they had internet access.

My Favorite Place. Oh Broadway Cafe.. how I love the. We are here at least once a week if we can manage it.

The coffee is so delicious! The coffee art is adorable, and I always look forward to seeing it! The staff is kindly, and they always seem so thankful you came. I just want to hug them!

The atmosphere is so funky, and I love that. I could spend an entire day there, sipping their delicious Cafe Latte, and reading a book.. and eating a Nutty Girl sandwich for lunch.

When we bring our three kids in they are always so kindly to them, and I appreciate that.

If you want an EPIC cuppa coffee.. Broadway Cafe is the place to go!

Best I've had so far. This coffee shop is the best I've ever been to. They roast they're own coffee locally, which is a HUGE plus, especially when it comes to freshness. And I have yet to find even a mocha that compares to that of Broadway Cafe. Sure they don't have internet, but who cares when you can enjoy spending time with friends over the best coffee in Kansas City?

Froth heaven. I could slurp a whole cup of the deliciousness froth that is on my latte's. Vanilla latte with almond. This is the best latte I have had, ever. I use this cup for comparison every time I have one.

One of my top five coffeehouses in the US! I like that they do not have Internet ( that is a REAL coffeehouse! ) they have awesome scones I was going two years before I had one. Best scone in town. Better than mine by far.

I don't care how good your lattes and muffins are. What kind of coffeehouse doesn't have Internet?!

Visiting KC and heard good things about the cafe. It totally lived up to its reputation-- the baristas are obviously well-trained and were friendly. My iced Americano was absolutely perfect. I've worked in coffeehouses for years, and it was better than anything I could have made myself. The shop itself isn't very comfortable to hang out in, but the coffee more than made up for it.

The best coffee in town.. Service is always wonderful. Consistency with every barista. A staple of my diet.

Great for Saturday morning mingling. This is like a bigger, fancier YJs, attracts the same crowd but more of them, and makes them sit down at old wooden tables and talk about stuff.

This is about the best place in KC to have an intellectual conversation, it's really peaceful inside, and I don't ever remember the music or the general din interrupting the flow of talk. I've never had anything their but the coffee.

You can wear a tattered v-neck here and fit in great.

Best espresso. Seriously.. I'm not from the Midwest, but have been living in KC for 1 1/2 years now. If and when I leave this city, the first thing I will think of when reflecting on my time here is Broadway Cafe's espresso...and those damn good currant scones (especially when they're still warm from the oven). The second best espresso I've ever had is Valhalla Coffee Co. in Tacoma, WA, but Broadway still has the edge. A true asset to KC.

Hands-down, best coffee in KC.
